Not really. When he gets the ball, you can usually expect the offense is finished running. I understand why the rest of his teammates quit moving most of the time when he gets the ball. There's a really good player in Kuminga, he just needs to slow down, run the offense and later in the shot clock he can score. I could see teams baiting him to score in the playoffs so Curry doesn't get his looks.
