Re: WISEMAN EXPECTATIONS: Year 1
Kerr said that he expects him back around the 7-10 day mark. But who knows really.
I don’t think this is the worst time for him to sit back and watch for a few games. Can kind of prevent the rookie wall if he gets a break like this.
And it might expedite bringing in another player.

Jordan Bell is available for a 10-day.

How about Oubre to Detroit for Delon Wright & Okafor?DevinVassell wrote:That Coxy proposal looking pretty good about now.
Golden State trade - Kelly Oubre ($14m Exp), 2nd round pick
Cleveland trade - Cedi Osman (4 years, 8.8m), Javale McGee ($4.2m exp)
This movie is like the Rocky Horror Picture Show where everyone knows all the lines.

Smiley is healthy, you mean he can't be on the floor for 5 or 10 minutes?

I think he just left for the GLeague bubble. Not sure what the rules are for thatxdrta+ wrote:Smiley is healthy, you mean he can't be on the floor for 5 or 10 minutes?

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

The G league season is only going to last a month...they could pull him out.

Re: WISEMAN EXPECTATIONS: Year 1
Is he healthy? Because Klay said he was his training room buddy. He’s dealing with a knee issue.
Maybe he’s good now?

If they're sending him to play in the bubble I'm guessing he is. He had knee surgery early in January, they said he'd be out 3-4 weeks.

Until they run into all those 7 footers in Texas. I was looking forward to him eating up LaMarcus again.

why would Cleveland do this? that Cedi contract is turning into one of the best in the league...u think they trade that away for a second rounder? lol
ya'll never think about why the other team would want the trade when you propose these.

Re: WISEMAN EXPECTATIONS: Year 1
I'm very interested to see how we play the next couple weeks.. as much talent as Wiseman has, we havent ever had a big like him before, and he clearly disrupts the offense because of that. Could also be that we force him looks too, by design, but still I'm interested to see how we look using the old formula: a C that screens, fouls hard, and rebounds. So far the Looney starting experiment has shown me that we're more comfortable like that.
Just something to keep an eye on I guess

Re: WISEMAN EXPECTATIONS: Year 1
Losing Chriss really hurt. The Loon/Chriss combo at center would be perfectly adequate. Now we need to hope Paschall can keep scoring efficiently at center for alot of minutes + Dray playing more center minutes than Kerr would probably like.
Return to Golden State Warriors
