I stand corrected. We're 12 minutes from best record in the NBA.

They had about two guys who i've never heard of go 4/4 on 3pt attempts in the 4th. Then Mo Williams get called for an offensive foul trying to bait a ref into the rip through move.

Who saw that Dallas game though. Monta FTW! I did think he traveled though.

The headline is funny...."Carmelo threatens to beat up Hard away".....I'm not sure Carmelo can beat up Luke Babbit.

What a great night for the Dubs. Clippers, Spurs, and Blazers all lost. Grizzlies unfortunately won but needed 2 OT to put Charlotte away.

Malone being fired is nuts. Kings doing better than they have in years in an extremely tough conference, and having played the toughest strength of schedule in the league so far. And would be even better if Cousins hadn't been missing games. Has to be more to this story than his job performance, right? I don't get it, at all.

Blown away by the Malone firing. That's crazy.....maybe they'll hire Mark Jackson.

Either Randive has absolutely no idea what a talented NBA team looks like, or else there were personal issues between Malone and the front office (somebody just wanted him gone and needed a couple losses in a row as justification).

I don't think anyone seriously had the Kings as a .500 team. And to be close to that with Cousins missing a bunch of games is clearly exceeding expectations. Sure they've lost to some bad teams recently, but with Cousins out they are a bad team - how many teams have less talent than Sacramento with Cousins out??

Ranadivé made a mistake by hiring Malone before hiring a GM. Malone is not D’Alessandro's guy and rumors had Malone being fired this past off season. I think it is a mistake to fire Malone at this point in time, however I do give a nod to Ranadivé for allowing his GM to make this decision.

Karl is being mentioned as an option.

I have to wait and see what transpires before I judge this decision. The front office may have decided that they needed to get worse, than ride the road to mediocrity. Adding a fairly high first round pick to the team and a coach with some skins, might be a better option for the future.

Maybe 200 people in the Kings org don't like Malone?

Not sure I see Karl clicking with Cousins.....Malone is the first NBA coach that has really got through to Demarcus.
