If he measures 6'11 or more barefoot with a 7'2 wingspan.... it's him and Wiseman as the top two in the draft for me.

Poku is definitely intriguing for a 7 footer with a vast skillset. Definitely Jokic-lite (literally).

If he can add on some serious weight without compromising his mobility, then I'd take a look at him. But, I think he'd be more available between mid-first round to late-first-round pick due to his low risk, high reward label. But, then again, Kristap Porzingis shot up to draft pick #4 a couple years back. So, anything's possible.

I suppose we could get really greedy and take Wiseman 2, then use cash and assets to get back into the 1st to grab Poku as well.

Twin tower 4/5 combo for the next 12 years. 8-)

(i dont actually think Poku will be around past 10 if he measures well)

He still doesn't look as tall to me as Wiseman, yet people claim he's a legit 7 foot. Would love to see official measurements for his height and weight.

If he's a legit 7 footer, I still have him top of my big board.

So the Warriors can pick him and trade him to the Knicks, perfect. I'm on the fence about Mitchell Robinson but we'd get a good player with the #8. Would love to get NYK 2021 FRP along with the #8.

I love the idea of trading with the worst run front offices..Knicks--Wolves-etc..Just stay away from dealing with the heat ..there’s no edge there..

I've seen plenty of Vassell film from college and his shot did not look like that before. That's what concerns me. Major changes to shot form before the draft are huge red flags.

Can't be worse than MKG's form, so I'm fine as long as his form can stay consistent and he nails it 38%+ of the time all season.

That picture has to be doctored. Right?

Unless he is doing a no look pass to his left or something.

I've said my piece on Wiseman :p.

What about PFs and PGs? Who would you pick between Okongwu (next Bam?), Obi Toppin (next Amare), Precious Achiuwa, or someone else?

Or LaMelo, Killian Hayes, Tyrese Haliburton, Cole Anthony, or someone else?

No, that's his form. It's mind boggling.

Could end up a Davis Bertans type, because if he remains that thin, he'll have a career of being on peoples posters.

If the report is really true that the Dubs don’t want to spend #2 pick money on a center then the debate between Wiseman and Okongwu is moot. If that is the case I’m praying that the Wolves fall in love with Edwards and the Dubs can trade down by dangling Ball. If they are stuck at 2 and don’t like Edwards then I would guess they would take Avdija. Dream scenario would be trading with the Suns, getting Oubre in the pick swap and then picking up Halliburton or Vassell. Not sure what to make of the Howard rumors and not sure why he would not resign with the Lakers. I see Baynes as a really good fit he has to sign with the Dubs after breaking Steph’s hand.

Haha yeah, but I don't think you're getting Robinson AND their 2021 FRP along with #8. You MIGHT get Robinson + #8 + one of their OTHER two 2021 firsts. They are from LAC and DAL though so they're not likely to be high picks.

I knew his shot was bad but how do you even get forward motion with your hands like that? If Charlotte was stupid enough to pick him #2 with a shot like that they deserve all the mediocrity they have had. Can't be bothered to look up who their nob GM was.

Anyway I'm guessing his shot has improved since then.

I think the following is fair.

Mitchell Robinson

NYK 2021 FRP
for
#2
GS 2021 FRP

I take that too.

From ESPN’s Mike Schmitz

Williams is garnering as much upward momentum as any prospect in the draft over the past few months. The 19-year-old Florida State product is 6-foot-8 and 225 pounds with a 7-foot wingspan. He brings some ball-handling skills and seems to have a strong chance of landing in the top 10.

Agents and executives around the league consider Memphis big James Wiseman the most likely selection if the Warriors keep this pick.

Moving forward, McDaniels seems most likely to rise to me. If executives end up seeing him in a one-on-zero workout like I did last week in Santa Barbara, California, it's hard to envision him making it out of the top 20 -- a sweet spot for playoff teams that can be patient and feel good about their organizational infrastructure. Although he had an inconsistent season on an underachieving Washington team, McDaniels is a 6-10 wing with a soft touch from 3 and fluidity with the ball in his hands. At some point some team is going to swing on the talent.

Givony

I'd love to see the New York Knicks use their pick (No. 8), Dallas' 2021 first-rounder and potentially another asset to move up to get LaMelo Ball. If there's not a team in the top three enthused enough about Ball, this might be an opportunity for the Knicks.
