He had some really embarrassing moments on offense last night but his defense the past two games is alarming.

all this game did is show how much better we are with jimmy

I'm not sure why anyone is surprised, tbh. Did everyone forget what the team was before the trade? With Wiggins removed as well?

They can’t make layups or open jump shots.

Who are they going to give minutes to in the playoffs?

When guys can’t make layups or open shots, they are unplayable, which is what the Warriors tuned Tony Allen into 10 years ago.

For the same reason:

Podz - unplayable

Hield - unplayable, can’t hit any contested shots and not knocking down open ones at a high enough clip either. Defensive liability.

Draymond - misses at least 3 layups, crying for fouls each time. They play him for defense but he was lit up by the likes of Yabusele, Oubre and Grimes.

Knox - no wonder he’s barely in the league, plays scared out there, no energy. Imagine Santos with his length and athleticism.

Because there are so many players who are minimal threats on offense, Curry has to carry all the burden on his bum knee and elbow.

Team needs an infusion of higher end talent. I don’t think in the playoffs they’re going to do much. Curry was hot in this game or it’s a blowout loss to a 20-38 team.

Yeah I don't know what else they can do about Buddy. I understand every possession they can't just stick him in the corner as a catch and shoot player. But the reality is that's best way to hide his deficiencies.

Dray has become the new Klay… sulking in the backcourt when things go wrong and making his teammates defend 5 on 4.

On the plus side, Curry threw down a highlight reel dunk yo.

He actually guarded paolo really well. But was terrible against Philly

Yeah he was great once we put him on Paolo, he doesn't have the size to be the C vs. a huge team like the Magic.

He's looked a lot better overall with Jimmy playing, but you see him looking old without Jimmy as we often saw this year. It makes a lot of sense why Steve has been playing Jimmy and Dray together as the "2nd unit." Podz also of course looks better with JB. For Dray & Podz the finishes need to be just a little bit easier and it helps to make Dray less of a playmaker when paired with Butler.

Elephant in the picture is steph going for multiple high degree of difficulty threes in crunch time, when it was not really necessary. Also steph was hunted on every possession, it probably wore him out.

They shot 60% from three so probably some variance in the loss but we are all dreaming of one last run (however unrealistic) and we just flat out need dray to play better for that to be any chance. Or kuminga comes back and the chemistry sticks + he takes another step in development.

Just threading a needle.

Do you ever have anything positive to say about Steph Curry?

29 points, 13 assists on 10/18 shooting.

I would double down and say even in 56 point game Steph played the same in crunch time , luckily gsw were able secure rebounds for him to retry again.

Also this is not all on steph, but mostly on Kerr. They are switch hunting Steph. He needed to do something else. But Kerr being a master blame shifter will let steph make the decisions and the get the blame. Steph is not Pebron, he cannot barrel to rim and expect to get a call, so Onus on Kerr to do get steph free or atleast isoed instead of doubled.

OK, putting you on mute. What a ridiculous post, and most of your posts are bizarrely anti-Steph.

I would like steph to succeed as well, but his showboating had cost gsw earlier as well. Remember the behind the back pass. Now it is ridiculous shots more difficult than the olympics shot.
