You're not maknig sense now. It's fine, you want to ignore the obvious about Curry's D sucking. Folks suddenly saying "no one can stop point guards in the NBA" and such. I get it. Don't worry about it.

Curry was 22. Ellis came right out of high school. Etc.

Ellis 3 yrs older, longer time in the NBA and still does stupid mistakes and gets killed on simple pick and rolls or doesn't cover his man at the 3pt line.

Your comparing a kid who's first year in the NBA and was given the rains as the floor general. But keep on with your Hate curry crusade.

Read them again.
We got demolished at C obviously with Tolliver, Maggette, etc. logging tons of time there.
But the number one deficiency at a healthy slot was at PG and Curry lined up there a ton.

Here's some even MORE shocking matchup data:

Opposing PGs had a field day.

Read it and weep. You're changing the subject.
Start an anti-Ellis thread if that's how you feel.

You didn't deal with any of the totally legit info presented, you just avoided reality. That's a victory for not you. Seriously, start the Ellis thread.

Curry gets rocked by NBA PGs all the time. It's obvious.
Ellis pulled some ELITE D this season and showed signs of being a great defender immediately when he hit the league. He didn't play much as a rookie under Monty though. He was destroying guys like Tony Parker early, etc.

Returning to the thread topic, Chris Paul would be a nice addition.
They already have a better PG than Curry on the roster besides Paul though (Collison).

Curry was most effective at SG last season though, but Marcus Thornton was spectacularly better than Curry at either PG or SG matchups by some measures:

So I don't see a reasonable deal match here btw the teams. Curry is a major downgrade from three in-house options for NO.

Lock it up.

I'm with Khoee... do anything possible to pick up Paul before Lebron is done with his next 2/3 year deal.

get Ellison's approval to take on some massively bad contracts...

Ellis
Biedrins
Gadzuric
Radmanovic
Turiaf
Wright

for

Paul
Okafor
Peja

Curry

Ugh. THAT is a bad team even though Curry WAS best at SG.
And all b/c it has Peja and Okafor on it!

Curry is a SG for sure though.

the truth of the matter is, as long as you keep Curry in obtaining Paul, you come out a winner.

Actually, Paul and Ellis would be much better.
But then Curry would have to be 6th man behind Collison and Thornton and he'd complain.
He wants to be the man and take 25 shots a night.

It would take Curry to get Paul.

I love both of them. But if getting Paul gets you a shot at Lebron, you go with Paul.

Lets not forget that Lebron like Curry as well... and that Curry is a better fit with Lebron anyways.

And then lets not forget that Lebron isn't coming to the warriors regardless...

That was fun tho.

wait, just let me think about it for another few minutes.

Lebron coming to Warriors = makes me happy

almost as much as

Eddie Curry coming to Warriors = makes Khoee happy
