grizzlies are tanking, warriors don't need their starters to win this game. i don't understand the good rhythm part. I'm confident the warriors can beat any of the 6-8 seeded teams, that they can use game 1 to get into rhythm.

It's actually the opposite. The Grizzlies want to win and climb out of the bottom 8 so they can get rid of their pick to Boston now.

Wow - Warriors "defense" has given up 86 points in the first half.

Evans defers pretty much every time he touches the ball. It might make sense if he was playing with Steph, Klay, KD, etc but he's on the floor with freakin Looney, McKinnie, Jerebko, Dre :nonono:

Remember that the scouting report on Evans was that he had the potential to be a poor man's Iguodala. And Andre tends to look first to pass whether he is playing with the All Stars or the second unit. And since neither Andre or especially Evans are great shooters, that makes sense. On a positive note, Evans did make 2 out of 3 from deep tonight and his "deferring" did result in 4 assists. At least he didn't look like a total scrub last night and tonight. Baby steps.

I thought he looked terrible, his energy is awful. Fitz and JB were trying to hype him up after he hit a jumper, it was cringey
