Shaun Livingston Appreciation Thread

Post#1 » by Quazza » Wed Jul 10, 2019 1:08 am

sigh, officially waived (and apparently we are stretching it )

as one of 3 proud jersey owners worldwide, I was a huge fan of "Livo's" I'm going to miss that turn around jumper, as well as the mid range pull up. Good times, fond memories

Thanks Livo <3

According to Woj, Livingston is determined to keep playing, and looking to sign on with a contender.

Glad we had him for so long.

Stanned for him for a long time and loved when we brought him in. After that gruesome injury, he carved himself a nice career. Still has some juice left too. Best of luck to him in.. LAC? Great fit w Lou , now that SGA is gone..

Thanks Shaun, the other adult in the room has left the building. Great memories dude, another player from this era that I owe a dozen beers to.

He gave us some great years, love his professionalism. Always seemed to keep his cool on the court. To even being able to play again after that injury he suffered is an awesome acomplishment, but playing the way he did for us, and being an important part of a historically good team is just even more amazing. Thanks Shaun!

Thanks Shaun for the three rings and all those great years. You were a pleasure to watch. Hope you find a spot with a contender and bring home another one.

Clippers would be nice to go full circle.

I remember liking Livingston in his draft year. I was amazed at a 6'7 Point hairs coming out of high school. I was all in on him. He reminded me of a taller Andre Miller during his career

Loved him on the dubs, the ultimate professional, an important piece of that 5 year run.

All the best for him.

Yeah, nothing but respect and admiration. Glad we could give him multiple years at fair dollars after bouncing around the league for a while...he deserved it.

Can replace a skill set, but not that vet presence and professionalism

I would have preferred seeing him retire as a Warrior. He might have had the Warriors won the finals vs the Raptors.

I think the two players I was most happiest for after the 2015 title was Iguodala and Livingston (with Bogut a close 3rd), given what they had gone through in their careers. And now they're gone, with rumors both might be headed to the Clippers.

Love Shaun and his sneakily explosive dunks every once in a while. Hope he comes back as a coach or FO guy. True Warrior!
