Ha! I hadn't thought of that. I would think they would have to extend it by the number of days the season is suspended and free agency is delayed. So that it comes out a week after the moratorium.

I don't know about the rest of yall, but i've seen enough of the regular season. Lets keep the league shut down, and start the playoffs on time. Out of an abundance of caution, they should cancel the draft lottery for this season and just go by record.

Since that in turn will lower the tax line and the Apron, I'd say one thing is that you really don't want to be hard-capped.

I'd guess there will be some negotiated attempt to adjust to the reality of the lower cap, but then there will be some weird, unintended side effect that really helps/hurts a couple of teams.

I honestly thought Warriors could challenge for 8th seed with a healthy Curry, DLO, Green all year. This all worked out for us.

I know silver said he’d allow the playoffs to go into July but not August. I think we’ll be off 2 months and they’ll start the playoffs with the teams as is and maybe do 5 game series

The other reason the players will push for playoffs of some sort is because they don't want the owners attempting to invoke the Doomsday clause in the CBA.
