discuss roster movements here and what the roster will look like opening day

side note: i completely forgot we picked up Zach Norvell Jr. last year, maybe we can give him some burn in the guard rotation

Well with Oubre in now, I really want us to bring in a legit shooter. Like someone who scares defenses with their shooting.

I'd like Baynes and either Bradley or Crowder. Justin Holiday or Boucher might work too.

Jessup in Australia this season

also Bowman will be either #2 or #3 PG depending on where Nico is, Lee will be primary back up at the 2.

we have Poole, Norvell and Nico...best bet is to give them some minutes hoping to catch something with one of these guys this year, maybe Lee and Mulder can give us something shooting wise too

we're gonna have to get lucky with a couple of these guys.

I think we’ll play a pretty deep rotation (not cause we’re deep but because the guys we have are kinda limited).

Id say given health Looney should be ahead of Chriss and Paschall, but he probably wont be healthy :(

Curry, Wiggins, Oubre, Green, Wiseman
Looney, Paschall, and Chriss are our next best players (all front court which needs to be balanced).

One of Nico, Lee, Mulder, Poole need to step up - put in order of my confidence in them stepping up :(

Id be a lot more confident if we can get another wing / secondary ball handler.

Forgot about Norvell too. Dont have a high amount of confidence in him though - i mean i dont have high confidence in any of them, but definitely lower in Norvell vs Bowman, Mulder, Lee

Looks like getting ready for next generation future Warriors roster.

Would acquire talent and worry less about fit. The Warriors have been trying to acquire clones of the originals to fit their system, but that hasn’t worked out the best.

Lots of questionable shooting, uninspiring defense, and inexperience.

That lineup may be death to us unless Draymond can really kick some ass in training camp.

Avery Bradley and Shaquille Harrison would be a good fit

Crowder too but he's probably not affordable with the way he shot from 3 in the playoffs

that's because there are no clones to guys like Steph, Iggy, Dray

i will say tho Nico is probably the closest guy to Steph stylistically we've seen on this team, let's see how much he absorbs from Steph in the next couple of years.

In the small clips ive seen of Nico, he looks aggressive, strong, tough, and has a nice shooting stroke. Ive heard he forced some shots and had a lot of turnovers so not sure about his bball iq.

I know he’s got Ted Ginn Jr arms, but how is his defense?

Mulder is going to play a lot of minutes this year. So is Lee. That's ok with me. That's what's going to have to happen if we're relying on Wiggins and Oubre to give us both 30 minutes a game. We'll need shooting around them and we'll need to try and stagger Wiggins and Oubre so our spacing doesn't get cramped.

Wouldn't be shocked if George Hill is a DPE target. E'Tuan Moore could be a solid FA pickup. Rivers as well, but he'll be more expensive than I'd like. Joe Harris and Bertans and Gallo are almost certainly unattainable, but that would be the dream. Just bummed that it's almost certain Looney gets moved to clear roster space for more wings. I'd imagine we still get a vet C. Smiley is a wasted spot. It's hard to build a roster in these circumstances.

I think MLE to a vet C (Baynes) , vet min for a backup guard (Teague f.e.) and dpe for a 3-4 guy (Gallo fits like a glove) would make us a pretty solid team. So one of Chriss and Looney has to be traded. Also I would keep Lee and Mulder.
