We’re in the same position as last season, with very minor upgrades.

Time for Curry to light up the league for seasonal accolades before he starts peaking in 1-2 years.

Cousins wasn’t a problem here until he got injured to start the playoffs, had he been healthy I am pretty sure we roll through Toronto even with the Klay injury.

The "if he's healthy" part is the key phrase. If he is, I agree with you. I just don't know if he's healthy and I don't know if Myers and company know that either.

We don’t need more 5s, unless we trade one. Let’s go for a wing. Sign GR3 already; not sure what the hold up is since a glut of quality players are already taken.

Yeah I think they are going to wait to make any additional signings until they see how good this team can be. If they flat out stink then there’s no point in spending any additional money in contracts and luxury tax in adding aging role players. The plus side is that more players can become available when/if the Hawks trade Collins, the Wiz trade Wall, and the Rockets trade Harden.

and this offseason blows. It's amazing how fast the league abandons you once you ain't at the top. Bunch of fair weather cowards I says!

This is very sad to see where and how this team is, currently. Relish the good years; Curry has this year and maybe 1-2 more good years left in him before we start to see the shadow of his former self.

What is so sad exactly?
We just added the #2 pick in the draft, have one of the greatest players in the league, and our owner just committed to pay an astronomical tax to add a borderline starter. Its sooooo sad. Jeez the whining is incredible.

I'm saying it's sad from the perspective that that's all that this ownership can do to help the Trio to continue flourishing. Nothing malicious or bad feelings towards them. It's just the reality the team is facing for making early (huge) investments for the team. Why don't you ask for reasoning first before assuming that's what I meant exactly?

I don't think they brought in 32 yo Gallinari to replace 23 yo Collins. Think Gallinari plays a good amount at the 3 too. Whatever the case, we don't have what it takes to get Collins imo.
