Cant we make this thread about crypto like the other one? So it can be a conversation worth having?

I appreciate you all looking out for me, thinking I'm bored, but I actually have plenty to do. This is a terrible thread that falls within the bounds of the terms of service. Did you all find it interesting? If so, more power to you. If not, why engage with it? It has led to multiple reports in response to a discussion that wasn't worth having in the first place.
crzyyafrican makes the best sigs, quite frankly

Love it. I'm on a strict diet whilst fighting off an infection. Tonight we used hearts of palm chopped up like pulled pork with bbq sauce and some quinoa. Did a carrot based slaw. Delicious!Coxy wrote:tarantism wrote:Quinoa is such a healthy and delicious substitute for rice.

Quinoa is delicious as a meal with cut up pieces of fried egg, peas, corn and lime juice.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

I'm disappointed there hasn't been a "solid gold" yet

Wiseman’s reaction time and instincts are terrible...he literally went up to dunk the ball against the Raptors without the ball in his hand...fire all the scouts...

Well, you're not wrong, I actually agree his reaction time and instincts are terrible. But I also believe they can get better. I mean he's here regardless and he's going to get a lot of playing time if he can keep himself out of foul trouble. I'm not convinced he's going to be a playoff-playable stud by the end of the year, but I also think it's unlikely he's going to be the same player he is now either. By season's end we should at least know what trajectory he's on, what things he needs to work on, and whether certain things are critical flaws or not.
I gotta say though, a player like Haliburton, Ball, Bey, Avdija might be a lot more useful to us in the short term. If Wiseman can just cure his fumble-itis and get rebounds like he should (probably 50% more than he gets), and learn to keep out of the way of our own players, then he'll be useful. Right now even though he does some cool things I have to say he's a bit more of a liability than a benefit.

Short sided takes are for the people Draymond was referring to.

The game moves too fast for all rookies. Most of his hands fumbles have been those kind of issues. Inventing a “rookie reaction time instincts” eye test to disparage is a huge crock of warm poop with bits of corn in it.
When the game slows down for him next year this is gonna look so stupid.

Yeah I was surprised that even Nate Duncan was getting down on him. He's a 19 yo center who came in super raw.Sleepy51 wrote:The game moves too fast for all rookies. My mind practically exploded when he got down on Wiseman and then seemed high on LaMelo.
Would be funny if the OP was actually Duncan, actually.

There's no doubt in my mind he's going to be a complete beast. True centers never really hit the ground running their rookie year. The one exception in recent times is Embiid, but he was 22 and had already been exposed to the NBA for 2 years.

Content creators are aware of what YouTube and Facebook established. Negative takes generate clicks. The bias against optimism is palpable. Misery porn makes unhappy people less lonely I guess.

Wiseman seems like a really nice and humble kid and he's on a team with a lot of veterans that are treating him like their little nephew. It would be nice if they took the training wheels off for once and let him play his game. Granted, he will foul out in about 5 minutes, but it could be 5 minutes of absolute brilliance!

At some point he will just play and not be thinking. When that happens it’s on like Donkey Kong!!

Hi Khoee!
Why on earth are people on the GSW board wishing for the kid to be other than great, which he will be, imo and yours.
(EDIT just read the first 2 pages of the thread. I can read rather quickly as it happens, but still resent the time it took).

This thread is the equivalent (in bad takes and posters I've never seen) of turning on the lights in a New York apartment kitchen at night and watching things scurry away in all directions.
Funny! But even more creepy.

Maybe you should watch 10th pro game of each guy you mentioned here, than make your remarks. Not to mention, other than O'Neil (should check the spelling as well before you mention someone), every one on your list played college ball for 2 or 3 years. How many games Wiseman played in college. The most ridiculous post I had seen in a while.
Not to support TD739's lunacy, but Jermaine spells his name O'Neal not O'Neil.

Wiseman will eventually be pretty decent but not a franchise player.
Two things I look for a franchise type big man
Rythmic footwork and soft touch around the rim.
Wiseman doesn't possess those two. They are innate qualities can't really be practiced.
But he will be a good center with decent defensive qualities and a lob threat

Innate? So people are born with a good touch around the rim? That's kind of a weird take.
