This is a big game. Houston is gaining on Min for the worst record. We need to hand them a W.

Also in striking distance of a top 10 pick for our own pick.

Oubre out, Baze taking his place in the starting lineup - clearly Kerr does not trust Poole to guard twos.

I thought Wiggs was having a great game last night, despite his shot not falling. IDK if that foul on the three point shooter while down three with seconds to play wipes away the good play though - that was a bad, bad mistake.

Wiseman will not be a plus defender in this league. Dubbs need to hope his offense becomes so good it offsets his defensive inefficiencies.

Four guards and Looney. Why not.

Mulder now in for Steph - why not for Looney? :D

He just turned 20. He has all the tools.Looney was not a plus defender at 20, either. Give him some time.

Wiseman's pride injured on that dunk attempt.

Nah, you can always predict the next 10 years for a teenager after 30 or 40 games. Everyone knows that.

Wiggins and Poole playing well today.
I think we may have found a team worse than us.

LOL... not sure if anyone watching the HOU feed, but apparently, Tate was just about to be a GSW last year, then COVID hit.

Poole again looks a lot better when he's not the PG.. just teach him to stop trying to block 3pt shooters. Unless we're gonna run the PnR to death with him and Wiseman, just stop the whole PG thing. He's a combo guard at best, but most likely just a shorter side SG. If that means he's a bench player or 6th man, that's fine.. but I'd rather have Nico getting PG minutes than Poole

He played much better when wiggs became the primary. There is just alot more seams and less things to worry about. He also had a decent close out that half.

its becoming a trend: Wiseman gets momentum, gets derailed. frustrating

Yup. I definitely wouldnt put many eggs in the Wiggins primary handler basket either though. MIN fans have been adamant how badly that goes over time. If Poole/Dray/Wiggins are on the court at the same time though, I feel better about it. Or Curry/Poole/Wiggins, or Curry/Poole/Dray. Basically I dont think we have a guy on the team who should be a full time handler at any point, so you want at least 2, if not 3, on the court as much as possible.

Except for Dray/Curry, they could probably be OK just those 2 for a stretch. Only problem is when they get googily eyes for each other and freeze out Wiggins

They were pretty tight. It was a pleasant surprise.
