The rich get richer... Looney was available to the Warriors due to his injury... other teams don't feel like they have the luxury of taking a flier on a player who will be out a long time due to injury. I seem to recall there were questions as to whether Looney would ever be able to play, I think it was a hip injury he had, which is serious for an athlete (see: Bo Jackson).
