Kerr on coaching staff changes coming

Good news to me, Kerr said he's looking for some staff changes this offseason on the TK Show
"There's going to be some changes and I've talked to the staff about it. I've met with every guy. We are now in a position where we've been together for so long and we haven't had the type of internal change that we had 5 years ago when Luke Walton took the Lakers job and took a couple guys with him. A staff is no different from a roster where you get a little stale and you need some new blood, you need some new energy. You need to maybe move some things around. Move pieces around. Change roles. There's a lot that we're discussing. So there are going to be some changes and I don't know what they're exactly going to be yet, but I do feel like we're in a position now where we need a little energy shift within the organization. That's something Bob and I have discussed and as I've said I've discussed it with our whole staff and we're all in agreement frankly that we're in a position now where we need a little jolt."
I know Kerr knows and likes Brett Brown a lot so I wonder if he's considering adding Brown to replace Mike Brown?
Myers also talked about David West working with Wiseman.
The Warriors staff is getting stale and they need some significant changes in the message.

I would be blown away if Jarron got a HC or even assistant HC role. I'd say he's the fourth or fifth most important coach on the warriors.

They should find a big man coach for Wiseman.

As defensive coordinator he managed to get this messed up team to have one of the best defenses in the NBA.

I don't think Collins had coaching experience when he was hired.
They also let Willie Green, who I think had his first coaching job with them, go to another team.
So maybe they will look to get new to coaching former players again, probably keeps salaries low?

That may be his title, but Ron Adams is also responsible. Heck even Mike Brown is defensively inclined. Point being, it was a collective effort. I doubt Jarron masterminded anything.

Draymond is probably the DC as much as anyone. Good to get some fresh blood coming in and best of luck to Collins.

I hope that works out. Collins was described as having 'easy to understand defensive game plans' but they didn't seem to be understood by Wiseman. I know West has been working as COO of the PCL, but I don't think he's ever had any coaching/player development experience before, but since he is a known entity to the team, Myers must have seen something there that leads him to believe he can be successful in that role.

They are always developing coaches, there are several in the queue. I think they need to get an experienced coach this offseason though. Brett Brown is one name I thought of that would be interesting.

Draymond said Collins was the one doing the defensive game planning.
Collins coming on was part of what made it okay for Adams to take a step back from game to game planning.

Bogut likes his life the way it is. Iguodala is almost certainly coming back in some fashion but I don't know that he wants to be on the bench.

Former players don't always make good coaches--or want to be. Livingston was supposedly offered a choice of coaching or front office and he chose the office. I doubt Iguodala wants to coach, he has too many other interests, and there's probably little chance Bogut leaves home in Australia to come back to the US.
There's plenty of good coaching prospects, in both pro and colleges, without resurrecting players from the glory days.

I was too. NBA teams have bench coaches and non-bench coaches. Ron Adams used to be on the bench, now he's not anymore. I got the impression from Iguodala that he didn't want to be a coach traveling with the team, and I think he also said he would probably take some time off after he retires from playing.
Bogut I don't think wants to live anywhere other than Australia and Croatia.
Livingston is already on the team staff.

David West working with Wiseman would do wonders for the kid's confidence & development.
