I miss the old game threads.... this is what we're stuck with.

Anyway, this is going to be a test. Curious if GP the II will be on Trae all game to slow him down. Nice of JP to get some rhythm and start playing better, hope he can do it vs a playoff team playing with the right pace. Defense is going to get tested tonight.

I hope the defense is up to the challenge tonight. I was at the game last night and the Rox were having some success running the pick and roll which Trae and Capela thrive at. Should be a good game.

First back to back of the season. Would like to see them come out with some intensity

Capela’s a matchup nightmare for us. More so Nemo than Looney, but we’ll see what happens. This is one of few games where a guy like Wiseman could help, or at least is in the best position to help

A combination of both. People used to spend time making clever ones, but there's a lot less of that now. As for the sexy women one, that is clearly more a inclusivity about women. There's nobody on here that didn't know what that first post would entail and was surprised. Even people outside the GSW fandom knew.

It's not a big deal, but it was nice while at lasted.

It was so much easier before because most GTs were us bagging on our own.. like if we were a treadmill team, I’m sure We could poke fun at the sucky aspects of our guys, and we could do the whole laugh/sigh combo

It’s way harder to do when our team is good and we have so few gripes about individuals.. I’ll try and do one soon, I’ve got a couple of ideas

I think they will. None of them played really long minutes last night. Steph averaging 31 ppg vs. ATL in his last 4 games and consistently (low 27, high 37). Hopefully tonight's the night his 3 ball comes back.

I made one for game 1 of the season, not a classic like ours of yesteryears, but I enjoyed making it. The issue I have now with making them, is real life.

I'd like to see us concentrate on defence early on in this one, and not commit as many fouls. Last game was atrocious for it.

We need to keep Capella and Collins off the O boards as well, this could be an issue for us today if we don't body up.

The matchup I am looking forward to is Collins V GPII. Clear advantage to us.

The best part was if you roasted the other team so bad they had posters come over and complain.. I hate that RGM deleted so many posts from before 2010 (or whatever the cutoff date was) because we had some great ones. I remember one poster in particular made great ones with regularity but the name escapes me.. Hyphy?

Those threads made me question some of you guys' taste in women. Not that that's a necessarily a bad thing. You WANT a wing man who's attracted to women with giant thighs and facial hair. He's far less likely to block you.

I think it was the hyphy movement. I used to lurk here long before I ever joined. I pretty much followed this sub religiously starting in 2003. I may have an alt. There was also the string cheese theory it was either him or hyphy that was into scraper bikes? Or maybe thugleavy? I remember that dude had Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis That's his avatar. You used to be reggae 510.

Honestly, it was just **** hilarious. I didn't know what to expect before I opened the thread like some game, but I laughed every single time.

There was a season a few years ago I made like 25 game threads. Had a lot of fun making them at home and starting it up. Don't know what website to use anymore to get the photos on here anymore - I used to use photo bucket or something, I forget.

Photobucket used to make it so easy too, some sites are real particular about their art being used so even if you find a great pic, it’s 50/50 it’ll even show these days
