Really hope Denver wins it all even though I got the lakers at +4000 to win it all.

Don’t the Nuggets know that Jokic is dinosaur who should be shipped back to the 1980s?
Congrats on one of the most disingenuous takes I've seen on here, and that's saying a lot. Are you seriously presenting Jokic as just an example of a big slow center?
No I am just mocking some people on our board who think players like Jokic but minus Jokic’s court vision, basketball ball genius and shooting skills are unplayable for the Warriors. People act like Kerr and the Warriors can’t play anybody bigger and slower than Looney. Jokic is bigger and slower than Looney. Warriors plus Jokic wins the championship.
I would love a young version of Gregg Ostertag replacing JMG but there are about 15 people on our board that think centers bigger and slower than Looney are useless and that Kerr would never play a center bigger and slower than Looney.

Davis and Bron combine for 22 free throws but only commit a combined 4 fouls. Wow, they are truly amazing. (cough cough) So So glad Denver won anyway.

Re: Go Nuggets
Game 1 Nuggets made some lucky shots like Jokic at the end of the half off the dribble with AD on him. Also a couple of other well-contested long jumpers.
Game 2 Nuggets, especially Murray, made big contested 3s in the fourth quarter.
Warriors shot 40% from 3 on good volume in the first two games vs. the Lakers too.
Then they dried up while some Lakers scrubs got hot.
Wait for the FT parade in games in LA.

Re: Go Nuggets
26-18 free throws isn't great for a road game. AD half of his points from the line?

It was actually like 26-10 before the floppers actually intentionally fouled.

Saw clips of Lebron turning his ankle and slapping the floor like "Why God why?"
Then he's sprinting and dunking afterwards.
AD grabs his face a half dozen times a game like he's been decked. But he's at the Q&A after the game, decked out in his expensive sunglasses and jewelry and there's not a mark on his face.

I think that stuff does manipulate refs and makes them seem more heroic with fans.
I hate flopping and anything related to deceiving refs and fans.
Harden was the worst. Harden was great but I could not enjoy him properly because the dishonest part of Harden’s game annoyed me so much.
I hate it when I think Curry should flop more because the refs reward players that l jump into defenders and then flop where as Curry tries to avoid the contact and make the shot. It is easier to make the shot when you avoid most of the contact and don’t think about flop artistry.
I did come to enjoy watching Verajao flop because Verajao was such a good flopped..
But in general would have preferred the last 15 years of basketball more if the players had been so interested in manipulating the refs. There should be more no calls.

I don't have any reason to dislike Denver. I also feel bad that I think I really underestimated them this season heh I put a bit of money on them to win the title this morning. The way things are shaping up, I really like their chances.

I've always had a soft spot for Denver. Really liked the Mutombo days with Ellis, McDyess, Rauf. I hope they win it all this season, love 1st time champions not named Toronto.

What a story for Jokic to just dominate the playoffs and win Finals MVP the year there was controversy over his 3peat of MVPs. Joel Embiid choked in the playoffs and Jokic dominates.
Jokic has that Tim Duncan characteristic of not caring too much or at least not showing it, but dude is a monster.

Picking the Nuggets and Heat to be in the finals prior to the start of the playoffs would probably be a high paying bet.

Nuggets destroying the Lakers is showing just how far the Warriors were from actually competing for a title this season. Saying that, would be nice if they swept the Lakers.

Honestly, I think we would’ve beat the Lakers if Klay and Poole played 0 minutes.

I think having 2017 JaVale McGee playing for the current Warriors would have got the Warriors Pat a he Lakers.
Give us last year’s Poole plus a best of last year’s Bejelica best of 2017 JaVale combined talents fictional player and we absolutely beat the Lakers.
