The Warriors BARELY beat a bad Orlando....and just completely crumbled down the stretch (Curry and Draymond with turnovers) against a .... 12.....win team.

WTF is Curry's excuse this night....12 for 31 shots and team LOW -21???

Yes. They threw away a late game lead. Maybe this should be the template for game threads going forward - a post game obituary.

Jazz shot well and played good D down the stretch. The Dubs did neither. SMH.

Dubs really wanted this win too. Steph, podz, and dray all over 35+ minutes on a front end of a b2b.

Dubs really needed this win but were continually stuffed at the rim because looney and draymond are terrible finishers against a real shot blocker. And playing both of them together to finish the game? We’ve seen this movie before.

Could be that they are human and were feeling emotions since their coworkers just got transferred right before the game.

Yeah...that must be it.

The really depressing aspect is this is the pattern....close games after ridiculously slow starts which are given away not by some young guy making mistakes....it's Draymond and Curry coughing up the ball.

Butler should help but he's not a big who can finish or block shots or stretch the floor.

Man I hope they nab a stretch 5 tonight.

warriors gave up 20pts in the final 2:55 of the game, jazz were down 11 and went on a 20-6 to win. now, the very same lineup that started the game on an 4-18 deficit was the very same lineup kerr chose to close this game with.
honestly, he's been just awful and should be on the hot seat.

I didnt watch this one. I had a hunch they would lose. I’m probably going to shift focus to a different sport for a while. MDJ gas sucked the life out of this team and missed a huge opportunity.

We needed Hari Seldon as GM. The empire was going to fall no matter what, but Hari would have reduced the interregnum by 1000 years.

I'm just hoping Steph needs some time off (thumb/knees) rather than just playing poorly. If we had a slightly below average Steph game we easily win. Seems like we might need him to take some time at some point and hope Jimmy can carry.

I like the Foundation reference, but are you really of the opinion that this team had life to be sucked out? Total opposite for me, they will probably still fail to compete, but at least I'll have some interest in watching now. Been a real slog this year to get through a game (and you just admitted you didn't even watch this one...I did but I wish I hadn't).

I should have used “hope” instead of “life”. MDJ wasted an asset in Wiggins, an asset in the 2025 first round pick, and 121 million dollars. With those gone, the hope has been sucked out.

Unfortunately, I think I agree. It's looking more and more like a rebuild for next season. Particularly if they also land Vučević. Presumably, Looney and GP2 would be shipped out in such a trade, with both hopefully returning next season on minimum deals. Swap Hield for DiVincenzo in the offseason and you might just have the makings of a decent squad. The million dollar question right now is what happens with Kuminga?

This was the problem. Steph had 1 bad turnover, but the other passes were to open guys in the paint and neither could finish. No pump fakes, up and unders, just trying to shoot like there was no shot blocker in the paint. Also, whose idea was it to put Hield on the hottest Utah scorer?
