Cryer should be on a 2 way over Toohey or Rowe. We could really use someone who can knock down shots.

Hield is kind of turning into a big problem. He has two years left on his deal after this one, and if this stretch to start the season is his future, for whatever reason he's in steep decline, than he is essentially a huge negative asset that could only be moved by attaching a pick or part of some larger deal. But like, if you package him with JK, it just means we have to send even more picks out because Hield's deal is such a turd.

What a bummer.

Looks like he's sick and seems to have a knee issue, he didn't play last game.

Not a huge negative contract, he's close to an expiring deal for next year, basically making him a positive. You could send out Kuminga and Hield to a team allowing them to shed 29 of 32 million dollars if a team wanted/needed to do that.

Contract Notes
Sign-and-Trade via Bird rights
2026-27: $3,000,000 guaranteed, fully guaranteed one day after 2026 NBA Draft
2027-28: Player Option (deadline 6/29/27), $3,136,364 guaranteed (if option exercised, fully guaranteed one day after 2027 NBA Draft

GS can stack salaries to get a higher priced player but the issue for GS is getting to the 14-man minimum while hard capped, this might be another reason Seth hasn't been signed, to create more space and end up consolidating and running with a 14-man roster vs 15 if they signed him now.
