We trade:

Harrington

We get:

CV
Mason

Why we do it. CV has more upside and length than Harrington. Mason is a decent defender and rebounder for a 2/3, this allows us to slide Monta into the 1 spot more often.

Why they do it. Harrington-Yi-Bogut is a solid front court. Harrington will get major minutes and get to lead their inexperienced bigs.

I'd like to see Charlie on the floor with our MBENGA, THud, Mason and The French Trainwreck

Are we looking to go from an above .500 team to a sub-.500 one? Please no!

But we can certainly do CV for our garage of MP, Crosh, and/or THud.

They are in money saving mode to clean house anyways.

This trade offer is garbage.

We can get CV for Pietrus alone. CV has accomplished nothing and is a bust.

The Harringon trades are by far the dumbest on this board (other than Souv's Baron trades form last year.)

He's not worthless just because he's not Amare.

I've really been impressed with Al this year. I would have liked to have seem him do a better job on the boards today though. He has been as of late. We really need someone besides Beans to play "big" defense. Chandler by himself is one heckuva a load, but Chandler and West? Even Duncan may have some problems with that tandem. Offensively (8-12) he had another excellent game.

We're a jump shooting team. Al Harrington is our best jump shooter. That pretty much sums out how valuable Harrington is. He is pretty much average at everything else.

The Al trades on this board are far worse then dumb.

A lot of the trades posted on this board are bad in general...I'm really glad the management doesn't take this into consideration...It's like people play video game franchises...make lame trades...and try to transition it into real life...I'm often amazed at the drastic ideas that would send us into another decade+ slump...

I'm surprized noone said we should trade don nelson or mullin by now.

I try to stay away from making trade suggestions so I don't fall by the wayside

Charlie V has NO UPSIDE or EYEBROWS, he came out of college with perfect timing to get a paycheck...Congrats to him...But if we don't get him for little to nothing...why do we need him?

i would trade monta and barnes for mike miller. start wright, have al be our 6th man. we improve our rebouding and 3pt%. jax might even attack the basket more and leave the 3's to miller.

Rumor has it that Orlando likes Pietrus. They are looking for a small forward and have Dooling and possible Arroyo on the trading block.

If we sign Payton, then you can squash that. I'd prefer Arroyo because of his ability to pass. Payton: hopefully much cheaper.

We need a PG with some size...If he's going to be subbing for Baron, then Monta needs to be out on the floor with our new backup PG...So we have to sign or trade for a pg that can gaurd 2's...

I agree with you LF, that ideally we need a PG that is capable of playing both backcourt positions defensively.

Payton, along with Kidd are the only two PGs that come to mind that are big enough to guard both guard positions. I'm not sold on Payton. It's not easy for anyone to be out of the game for 1/2 a season and contribute minutes immediately.

I think Mullin's interest in Bluntmire is going to heat up with his benching. Mullin apparently tried trading for him this off season.

Guillermo Diaz just signed to a 10-day contract by the Clips.

I see this as a precursor to Cassell going bye bye. I would not be shocked to see him coming here for part of our TPE. Sterling seems cheap enough to want to get rid of him for only a 2nd rd pick just as long as he can avoid paying him for the rest of the season.

Wow, so much hate for Charlie... I think the guy would be a great fit. He seems like a Nelly PF to me. The guy is 6 11 240, athletic, smart, smooth and I think he would thrive with Baron.

CV is not smart... where are you getting that from? He also plays no D, and he's not quick...
