Gaaahdammmit we needed that win though right? I mean, we could have easily lost that game.

NJ was due for a win and we were not ready for them...NJ couldn't have played too much better.

I tell ya what, Al Harrington sparked us on that run, if it wasn't for him, we lose that game. He was effing fired up.

Bottom line, I'm glad we have Monta, and I'm glad we won.

Didn't follow the thread during the game, but I'm sure there was a ton of bitching going on. This almost loss is all on Nelson. What a moron. He wants to change the tempo in New Jersey's favor?? What the hell was he trying to do? Even if he missed all the free throws, you're still slowing your own team down. We can't play gimmiky. Same thing happened against the Pacers trying to only score on Diener. We're so focused on one thing, the team forgets to keep playing basketball.

Every opposing coach seems to figure out Nellie's strange game plan and adjusts mid game. It's pathetic and annoying. We got all the tools of a real team and he wants to keep using gimmicks. Talk about being thoroughly out coached every game.

And way to kill a rookie's confidence even further. You're only good for one thing and it's to foul a guy 5 times? Sheesh.

Anyone notice Marco's slightly disheveled appearance---the shaggy, unkempt hair, the lack of shaving.....telltale signs of depression, no doubt due to a bad case of Nelsonitis.

I love it! The Almost-Lost!

Yeah Nellie resorted to some trickery. I think he felt, given our prior loss to Jersey, the loss against Minny, the way the game was going, that he couldn't rely on his guys, that he had to be the difference. The guys proved him wrong! That's a good thing.

I'm gonna start calling Marco "Fredo"

That ish would have been hilarious if it didn't cost us a -6 swing.

Nellie has killed all of our rooks. Maybe not BWright...yet. Its rather incongruous.

Smart cannot be worse than Nelson.

You're getting it.

Now just realize that this wasn't the first wrong move of the season, (and that he's been making questionable decisions a lot more times than last season) and you'le have joined us in Obviousville.

It doesn't make him and idiot, and he's still a tremendous coach (the core guys wouldnt be who they are without him) but he's overcoaching this season.

Yeah Nellie's far from useless, but he's gotta use the team. He acts like only he can win the games. Last year, he was letting them play and the team was putting together incredible runs under his coaching.

This year he thinks we need a gimmick every game. He should just suit up and knock some guys around on the court.

Tonight, he might as well have brought Marco out on the court and publicly flogged him. Flogging Belli.

I don't listen to post game interviews cuz they're all fluff, but did he admit the 3 PG line up was bad against Minny?

That the first I'm hearing of it from you :dontknow:

But it takes a big man to admit he's wrong and capable of learning. I'm proud of you
