The rain is insane in the membane. The winds are blowin hard, the waters floodin the streets...its straight up cold. Bay Area doesnt have it as bad as the east coast when it comes to coldness and storms, but for us this is pretty bad.

I never feel like doing much when it rains and i tend to just sit at home...im sure most people do too, but eh feels bad. Hope it goes away soon...goin to school in this weather is crapzilla.

well, if the east coast is gettin snow, then i'm jealous. at least they get (chances for) snow days and they know that if the weather is calm enough then they can go snowboarding, skiing, or just play in the snow. out here we have to go to school and do everything on a normal basis with the crappy weather around.

i don't do much either when the weather is like this. i literally sat on the couch watching tv/dvd's in my sleeping clothes because i didn't want to do anything the whole day.

You know whats really crazy? The weather here in Slovakia and in Europe in General, is absolutely lovely. We're getting temperatures up to the 60's but typically in the 50's when normally its about 20 degrees of ice and snow here this time of year.

I think we've changed places on the earth's axis or something. There is no way that California should have worse weather than Europe.

BTW, I'm so down with global warming at this stage. When it becomes global cooling, thats when I'll start to complain.

My pool has overflowed. I've no place to pump the water since ground is saturated

Part of my fence blew down & I cant fix it since all is waterlogged & the slight hill is too muddy to even climb

Yet my succulents & flowers are looking well. I need to prune my roses but cant do it with all this rain

..but these woes are nothing compared to the state of the Bulls.

Hey, winter means wet in the Bay Area.

At least we had that week or so of warm, sunny days in late December.

I guess...last year was a dry winter which was nice, but the year before that was nuts! I remember two years ago it rained for a month straight everyday in like march or april.

I have lots of jade plants. and cacti. What else do you call them?

They retain water since the environment is dry most of the year.

Plants are absolutely bloated now
