Nellie's hidden Agenda?

(long post)
Well guys. There's a lot of $hit going on with Warriors now, and most of it negative, in part due to the Webber trade it seems. But what's really going on? There's been a lot of speculation on the board, but who really knows? No one really, but I think there are some clues which many of you have alluded to in other threads.
There's been a rash of "anti-Nellie" sentiment as of late, myself included with people calling him "stupid" "(Please Use More Appropriate Word)", etc. probably most of all out of frustration, and there's been a lot of "anti-Baron" sentiment as well. Not that this isn't something on a pretty regular basis, it's just that's it seemed to have increased substantially as of late, and appears that it will continue to do so.
However, regarding Nellie, the truth is that we all know that Nellie is in fact NOT STUPID and most definitely NOT (Please Use More Appropriate Word). He may be cunning, clever and deceptive at times, but defnitely not stupid. So what's really going on with him? From Nellie's past histry (which we all know pretty well), whenever he does something there's usually a method to his madness, so the real question is what is that?
This is what I think (some of you may have hinted at this in other threads): we're rapidly approaching the trade deadline. We all know (by what he's been saying and what some of you have been posting), he's not satisfied with his team going into the stretch run for the playoff hunt. He's been saying things all season like "we're not a playoff team", "our guys really aren't that good" and more recently "we really don't have any good passers", etc. and so forth.
All season long he's been saying that he prefers Al to "come off the bench" rather than start and now saying that "all he can do is shoot", implying that the rest of his game isn't any good. Then he indicates that Baron "is not a good passer". He keeps giving Beans sporadic minutes after he gets an NBA season high 26 rebounds. What's he trying to accomplish? What most would try and say is that this is his way of motivating his players but this recent stuff he's been doing seems more intended on pissing them off and it seems to working based on some of what we've been seeing in the press lately.
What better way to force Mullin to make a trade than bu getting some disgruntled players and using that as an excuse to move them somewhere else. Who are the main targets? I'd say Al (it's pretty clear that he is not a Nellie type player) who has a low basketball IQ and is a liability on defense and secondly Baron. Why Baron? Potentially his biggest trade piece and if he were to trade Harrington (who is his main target I believe) he expects there could be potential problems with him down the road (because of his friendship with Harrington and he's well aware of what that could lead to through his previous Webber experience). The emergence of Monta and Baron's recent demise makes it all the more easier for him in moving Baron if he so chooses.
I'm pretty sure he wants to move Pietrus (as well as POB as a throwin) and that's the real reason he's been playing him in addition to Harrington. I also think he's probably willing to throw in our #1 pick next year (probably doesn't even care about it due to his "win now" attitude). He'd probably also use the TPE if he could to get the player (or players he wants) which likely would mean we'd be getting some junk back. If this is true, then the next question is what can we really get for any of these pieces? This is what I would be worried about right now. If we were to "shoot our wad", the only guy I'd really be willing to take a chance with who's probably available is Odom.
If Nellie does make a move (and I think that this it what everything is pointing), I'm more concerned about what we will getting back than what we'll be giving up. If he does this, and takes back the wrong pieces (say a Mike Miller for example), I don't think we're going to make the playoffs and his plan will be to make his run next year. I would not trade Baron for a guy like miller. Not trying to start any "conspiracy theories" but the reality is that when dealing with Nellie, you have to be able to "read between the lines" since what "he says" is not always what he means. Curious what you "experts" think about this.
