Important stretch run here for the Warriors and the Nuggets, whom GS has a 2 game lead on after 59 games.

Next Four Games for Nuggets

Phoenix
San Antonio
at Utah
at San Antonio

Next Four Games for Warriors

at Charlotte
at Miami
at Orlando
Toronto

Reasonably I think that we should win 3 of 4 while Denver should lose 3 of 4. If this happens, we go into the final 20 games with a 5 game lead on our closest competition for the playoffs.

We do have a very tough stretch at the end of the month with the Rockets, Lakers back to back, Portland, Denver, Dallas. But Denver has a tough road as well with Detroit, Dallas, us, and Phoenix at the end of the month.

I think if we take advantage of the next four games in the schedule that we will be as good as into the playoffs.

As long as you aren't celbrating wins early it's fine. Making predictions, talking trash, guessing at records are all accpeptible forms of supposition. It's when you start patting yourself on the back for a job that hasn't been done yet that you anger the jinx. And then all hell breaks loose.

It's just fine to talk about records, just be respectful.

Ideally the next couple games we should be winning.

The Suns have a pretty hard schedule too, look for them to drop.... reasonably.

To set karma straight, Denver is a very respectable team. If they ever gel'd on O and on D, they would be an absolute force. I haven't caught too many of their games recently, but it amazes me that they don't win more games. I guess its just chemistry. As for the Warriors, they just need to focus on their games each night. Don't think about what others are doing - just win. We have a chance to gain some ground...if we could somehow squeeze into the 6th spot by the end of the regular season it would mean a much less difficult first round matchup (no LAL or SAS). But most likely, if we make the playoffs, we'll play one of those teams.

For the Karma Gods:

Denver and Houston should battle it out in the Western Conference finals this year.
