Going for my 4th in a row...Hopefully Pietrus will get back in the lineup so we dont have to play Biedrins over 20 minutes or Wright at all...

Live and die with Al at the 5 :lift:

I hope Pietrus is ready for this game... we need him and his double doubles.

playing with house money. we got the split in hand.

otoh, if we win, we're only 3 back in the loss column and we'd have the season series on them. when's the last time we took a season series from them?

Let's not give up a 26 point lead , or go down 26.

Kobe is a vengeful character, so you can expect him to get his tonight. But if we can keep the other main guys under wraps and entice Kobe to take 30+ shots again in another ego effort, then this is our game to lose.

My prediction for star of the game is Baron Davis. He knows that everyone in LA will be watching tonight and you know that he wants to leave them with a better impression than what he gave last night.

And Warriors fans, y'all need to stop guaranteeing losses in the game thread after the opposing team goes on a run. Its going to happen at least once every game that we don't win by 20+. Just play it cool and ride it out.

How will the refs call this game?

will they give Kobe and Co. the quick whistle in this game - nudge them toward a split? "Home town calls" and the "Warriors" don't seem to happen often.

If we can just get through another game without seeing Turiaf dance around like a jackass, I'll be happy.

I'd start Barnes on Kobe and bait him into a fight. Kobe's ego will be in full effect, but he usually plays good when he's mad. Better to just goon him up and try to get him to throw a Mike Miller elbow . . . play for the early double ejection.

This is winning time, we're not here to make friends.

I don't foresee this one ending well.
But Baron will probably have a big game.

playing with house money. we got the split in hand.

I'll take that position any time and use it to an advantage. Winning two consecutive games in the STAPLES Center (including the Clippers) is like finding gold in Tinseltown. I like the Warriors' chance in tonight's game. Kobe will get his points, but he cannot beat the Warriors by himself--you can take some of that newly found Tinseltown gold and double down on a bet like that, especially at home! There should not be any fear or pressure playing with house money.

I heard an interesting quote from Capt Jack when talked about how he deals with pressure,

+1

of course if he does, it gives you an opportunity to visualize what the Predator monster would look like if it was dancing around.

Yep---at least I won't have to listen to the jackass Lakers commentary on League Pass---They call Turiaf "Roni" (ROH-knee), wasn't that an R&B song from the early 90's (Tenner Roni?). It wasn't referring to a man anyhow.

We need to play Wright with Biedrins more im tired of getting out rebounded by 15-20 rebounds.
Ronny Turiaf goes for 20pts-20rebs 2nite.

Amen. Probably one of the only Lakers I don't hate...except when he pulls that crap in front of us.

I love players that play with emotions, but sometimes Turiaf get's a little too happy and start break dancing over a layup. It get's annoying. lol
