What would you give up?

I was wondering if your $10 Million Exception could be used, Brandon Write and your 1st round pick.

What are you thoughts and answers to my questions?

1. Kirilenko with his contract has negative trade value..

2. AK would be a bad fit on this team..We have two young, long, talented players who can't hit the Pacific Ocean from 10ft right now...

Wright and a first rounder for AK and his ginormous contract?

I didn't know they had such strong crack in Utah.

(deleted) I agree with LF. Why would the Warriors need a 6

I like Kirilenko, and I think he would strive in our system, but the deal you propose isn't legal, and I can't easily come up with anything that would be legal and fair.

It was an option last off season, but Warriors has no bad contracts to off set AK's worse contract now. Foyle + Petey + 1st [#18] was on the table.

Oh well, too late now.

1st, It does not work, AK is paid more than JRich. 2nd, AK is a negative, not a positive at that salary. Give him a 3 point shot, and make him 5 years younger, make him happy to play center/forward for Nellie, reduce his salary to JRich's and throw in Utah's 2009 1st round pick and then I like the deal.

Any deal would have to include Harrington, and even then if possible (we would need a great deal of filler) his salary is probably prohibitive.

In any case, we wouldn't give you Wright since Wright = AK + (or AK + heart) for a heckuva lot less cost. I'd just as soon stick with Wright and Al.

Wright > AK (and maybe >> AK) long term.

Jazz fan here. We can't make AK any younger and don't think he wants to give away money by reducing his salary but you should know that (a) this season AK has shot a higher 3 point percentage (.381) than any player on GSW and (b) he would loooove to play center/forward for Nellie as he is playing out of position at SF for the jazz.

Then let him rollback his salary (don't think the players union would allow that). Still not giving up Wright.
