Pietrus.... What's the deal with this guy?!
Is he really hurt? We have no bench, at least give it a try
Pussy-cat..... PLAY!
If you don't play, please take the next Air France flight back home.....

I'll tell you right now, if Nellie force feeds MP back into the lineup over these next few games, it could very well cost us a game.

I think Nellie should force him to play. Phil did it to Chris Mihm when Gasol went down. U should have seen his face at the scorers table...
Greatest comment I've ever received.

Also whats the scouting report on this guy? from what i read on the boards u guys arent to happy with him even though a couple of people seem obsessed....? I think he might make a decent starter somewhere. maybe Airfrance/Harrington for Odom?

I think that Nellie should force him to play but cut a side deal through the opposing coach to kick him in the snatch and put him out for the rest of the season.

Yes he is hurt. He strained his groin. And its very hard to play because of it since he is uses his athleticism.

You have to get use to this right now, this will be whats happening alot when Pietrus leaves to become an all star on another team.

Is his groin close to his snatch?

DONE. I'd even throw in the 20 pick if we make the playoffs.

I seriously want to kiss you on the mouth right now. (Hopefully you're a broad.)

Dont get too excited i'm a Laker/Warrior fan so its a very bias trade. I really dont know how good Pietrus is but if he's half as good as that Abyass Impact guy makes him to be then Kobe might have to worry about his franchise tag...

but yea a Baron/Monta/Jack/Odom/Biedris line up would be very very nice...

As much as I'd love to have Odom (he'd be a perfect fit for our team and in Nellie's system) I don't think that LA would even trade Odom to us unless it was a "steal" in their favor. Too much competitive stuff between the 2 franchises.

Honestly Turk, I really don't think the Lakers spend much time worrying about the perennial 9-14 seed in their division. If they really wanted something we've got they would trade with us without thinking twice. We're not talking about them dealing Kobe within the division. It's just Lamar (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)

Yea, if u did land Odom though i think Nellie would have a stroke... It would be TOO perfect, Odom rebounds like a madman, can hit the 3, handle the ball, play C cuz Nellie would make him, doesnt care about scoring, can post up, and has long arms that changes tons of shots.

I love the guy but i see the Lakers moving him simply because Bynum/Sasha/Ronny are up for renewals and we just got Gasols BIG contract... oh yea and sum guy Kobes 135 mil contract. :o

Source? All I can find is that it was about a week ago that he was cleared for "light running".

It was said by Fitz before one of the games on the road trip (can't recall which one, I have slept since then  ). That was why he went on the road trip, because he was cleared to play.
