Hey, obviously we aint going to get in the playoffs (short of an even bigger choke than ours by Denver) but let's win our next 3 and win 50 games. At least that way we'll probably be the only team in NBA history (is this true) to win 50 games and not make the playoffs. Plus as a bonus we'll wind up with an over 60% winning % and Rowell will lose his bet. What do yo guys think? Considering the disappointing loss, I'd feel a little better about things. All the pressure is off so maybe they can finish strong.

Baron
Monta
Biedrens
Wright
Harrington

I'd like to see what that looks like.

Two captains on the bench? No. We need Sjax and his 4/20 every night.

I'm all for it. This team deserves some recognition.

Its not over until the final game!

Look at it this way...

Last year it took the team 82 games to make the playoffs, this year the same could be true! Denver could very well lose their next two games as they are back-to-backs. Think half-full!

It would be awesome for the warriors to get 50 wins...i would love to see that even if we dont make the playoffs. what a huge improvement. Its funny though...we dont look like a 50 win team at all. You would think a 50 win team that has the 14th pick overall in the draft would help take the team over the top with the right selection.

That would be great.

50 wins AND we get the 14th pick instead of the 20th pick.

Can we go 3 - 0 ? If so we can make the playoffs..........

I'm skeptical about winning the game in Phoenix unless they rest some guys but if we win our last three,Denver has two very, very lose-able games. AT Utah....and home to Houston (providing they dont rest their starters). It's a stretch but it's all we got. I HATE having to hope and pray at the end of the season !
Damn ! Possibly 50 wins and no playoffs ! It's ridiculous !

We'll go 1-2. This team is too deflated and absolutely can't come back from adversity.

More like 2-1, we can take care of the Clippers and Sonics at home.

I say we can do it. Pressure's off us right now and on the rest of the teams fighting for playoff position. Considering how melted under the pressure we were under, maybe the guys relax and start playing their game again. Plus it takes away any excuses that Nellie has for not playing our youngsters who should be pretty hungry and if by some chance, Denver goes in the tank, who knows, we get in (3-0) would suit us quite well.

I fully agree with Nellie that league should re-do the playoff scheme

What's the point? Get few more $$$ into Cohan's pocket?

Face it, last year's magic is gone. The home-court advantage is gone (just look at how many teams we've lost to this year). There isn't even a remote possibility of another first-round upset since all our starters are having tired leg, even moreso than last season!

I don't contained with just to make the playoff and get bounced once again. We've been through that last year. We ended that ugly streak (of not making playoffs in 13-straight seasons). And we need to make sure Don realizes his extreme gimmick ball isn't going to fly.

It's gonna start with missing the playoffs again, get six spots higher in draft, and so on.

Monta and Biedrins need all the playoff experience they can get.

Then we should trade them to the jazz.

They look pretty loose so far. No more pressure. Nothing to lose any more.

heh, heh, (as Utah smacks Denver).
