He came close to being a Warrior before last season started. He played for W's in LV Summer League:

Former Iowa basketball player Pierre Pierce returned to jail today for 30 days after a district judge determined that he violated terms of his probation.

Pierce, 24, could have been sent to prison for up to five years, but Judge Gregory Hulse chose instead to place Pierce in the Dallas County jail for the next month.
