Now that the gimmick answers are out of the way...
1. What could the team have done different to make the playoffs?
Streched the bench out further so that our stars wouldn't collapse at the end of the season.
2. Where were the team

I remember the Martin Luther King game that took place the day after Sundance...
A guy like that isnt championship material..This league is way too competitive to be able to turn it on and off and have all these outside interests during the season
You can have "give up" and be an alcoholic and still be able to win a 1st round series,,no doubt..But you cant be a champion ..Maybe with lesser competition Baron could do it..But did you see what Chris Paul did to him in the last game this year? That was a butt whipping that could only happen if Baron had a hangover.

1. Play Brandan and Marco earlier in the season so they can be rotational players, and allow our bench to be more productive.
2. We were the best on causing turnovers and pushing the fast break
3. Monta Ellis's midrange game, and his ability to get to the rim.
4. Inside game by our bigs, we only had 1 or 2 plays for andris.
5. on a scale of 1-10 ... a 7
6. Big Banger , Paul Milsap type of a guy.
7. Arthur or Love

I saw it. I called Baron out about it at the time. That was his worst game that I've ever seen. I'm totally on board with criticizing games like that.
But I also remember the good games. I can't say he had an ineffective season. He had an ineffective end of the season.

I do think there were some missed opportunities to upgrade the bench. Pietrus and the JRich TE could have netted some vet help instead of messing with Hudson, Croshere and Webber. I think this was one of Nellie's poorest coaching jobs. The team lost their home court edge for some reason and that needs to be addressed. Is it because they are partying too much at home or what? Pietrus should have been traded and allowing him to stay on the team for the entire season was unacceptable.

#14 is sweeeet in this draft that has stiffs like Lopez and busts like Mayo being a top6 locks
This is amazing..My wish list has never been this long in the late lottery...
McGee
Love
Arthur
Ajinca
Ibaka
I'm sure I'll add a 1 or 2 more..
I like Rush as a nice fit for our team, but I'm not taking him at #14 in this draft.
I want another pick in this draft...15 to 22 range.

1.) We should have strengthened the bench via trade either at the deadline or during the season. Reducing minutes with a deeper bench would have given us more life towards the end of the year, we finished 8-10.
2.) We have arguably the best back-court in all of basketball. Stealing the ball which led to our leading the league in fastbreak points.
3.) Monta Ellis more than took up the slack for the loss of Jason Richardson. Stephen Jackson played under control (for the most part), had his best year and provided the much needed toughness this team.
4.) Matt Barnes struggled the entire year. Mickael Pietrus had some decent games, but didn't improve as much as needed.
5.) I'm very skeptical of the front office this offseason. They've not yet shown the willingness to go into the Luxory tax in order to make a needed difference.
6.)Rebounding and shotblocking are the Warriors biggest needs this offseason. Back-up Point Guard is also an area where the Warriors need to get deeper.
7.) With the 14th pick I'm hoping Kevin Love slips to us. If not then Darrel Arthur, Earl Clark, Joey Dorsey, or Chris Douglas Roberts will be fine.

-Obviously they should have put more stock in Belli and Bwright. But I don't know how much they could've done. Its like an inferior racecar and its tires. The car can stay in the chase because it hasn't had a pit stop, but eventually the tires give and the car barely makes it to the finish line.
