Don't know if the Knicks do it. Don't know if we should do it. What do you guys think about #14 + filler for David Lee? Maybe we can expand it a little perhaps.
Biedrens/Lee/Perovic/Croshere
Lee/Al/Croshere
Jack/Al/Barnes
Monta/Bukie/Belinelli
Baron/Monta/FA (JWill)?
Maybe the Knicks want to go full rebuild. They still have a lot of size in Curry and Randolph who I doubt they'll be able to move.
How much better we would be, I'm not sure, but we'd definitely be a lot deeper.

Biedrins/Lee at center and BWright plays for the Jam..I love it!!..For some reason NBATV shows a ton of Bakersfield games..We actually get to see BWright next season.

Josh Childress and Baron Davis would fit in perfectly with that frontline..5 guys on the floor who couldnt hit the Pacific Ocean from 10 feet

Sick as in "It would make Nellie sick".
Love Lee, BTW, but there's no way the Knicks would do it. He's not just good, he's also a fan favourite.

My bad LF. How could I forget Brandon? That's even better.
Biedrens/Lee/Perovic/Croshere
Lee/Wright/Harrington
Jack/Wright/Barnes
Monta/Bukie/Belinelli
Baron/Monta/FA/Trade?
This would free up both Al and Jack for trades (maybe we keep Petey). Who knows what we could do with them?

Knick got a problem. They have two fatties (in Curry and Zack) who are getting paid beaucoup money and they have to play them. No ones going to take them off their hands. Lee is not gonna start over there while those two are still in uni.
As for them moving him, there's a bunch of Knick fans over in the trade forum offering him to Sac for their #12 and who seem like they mean it (thread had to be locked because Sac fans were insulted by it, lol). He was a #2 pick, so getting a lotto for him would be a pretty good looking move on their part.

Harrington and #14 for Lee and Richardson.
Davis-FA
Ellis-Richardson
Jackson-Richardson
Wright-Lee
Biedrins-Wright

i love lee, but man the only thing he brings to the table that's helpful to us is his rebounding, but we'll give up some perimeter shooting and spacing.
defensively, he's still no match for bulky PFs like Boozer, etc.

How about Al + #14 for Lee + Malik Rose? (would work on Trade Checker)

No way do I give up a lottery pick for Lee. He's a nice hustle player but ALL HE CAN DO IS REBOUND.

The #14 , Azubuike, Pietrus, MBENGA, Burke, CJ Watson and THud for Jerome James.
That's my offer.

Lee is a very weak defender.

GS would be lucky to get David Lee. Pre Zach Randolf he averaged a double double on 60% FG and 80% from the line with hustle.
In order to get him GS would have to take on Curry as well with the exemption.
I would do that deal to have the Frontline set with young players.

Are you serious? I'd bet my first-born son that if Donnie Walsh got offered a lottery pick straight up for Lee he'd take that deal in a heartbeat.
Lee is a nice hustle player and a good rebounder, but that's ALL he's proven so far. I wouldn't trade a the #14 for him straight up, let alone taking on Curry's lard-ass for instant cap space.

F* Curry. Walsh would never trade Lee if he could get someone to take that larda$$ Curry. The only reason New York would make that trade is if they could get someone to take larda$$1 (Curry) or larda$$2 (Randolph) off their hands. #14 is more than enough for Lee but adding Harrington sweetens things for them and taking back Rose in return frees up a little more cap space for us a year earlier. Rose may be a better fit than Harrington. He might be able to give us some Nice minutes at 4 in Nellieball when we switch things up. Besides being a "real" power forward, Lee gives us some nice backup minutes at 5.
Biedrens/Lee/Perovic/Croshere?
Lee/Wright/Rose
Jackson/Pietrus/Barnes
Ellis/Bukie/Belinelli
Baron/Ellis/FA/Trade
That's a pretty nice team.

Lee's a scrub...A good scrub..I'll give you that..but he was born to scrub.
