Ok, so can someone clue me in here. Is he part owner or something. I know about all the speculation with his relationship with LeBron and everything, but this seems odd. Isn't it usually some sort of team official that goes?

Each team is allowed to pick one local celebrity to represent them at the draft.

I believe that we are being represented by MC Hammer.
