Here's my revised deal...We deal BD and Harrington for Matrix and Haslem. The deal works according to realgm trade checker.
The BD for Matrix is a wash since both could leave...So it then becomes whether or not Miami takes on Harrington. W's could definitely use Haslem since we need a rebounder.
The Heat could use Harrington since he would provide them with some 3pt shooting. Adding BD also means they could afford to take Beasley if the Bulls do draft Rose at #1. However with that said this deal is dependent on the Bulls taking Rose at #1.

Harrington is worth at least as much as Haslem. Haslem ain't cheap. He's a better rebounder-for sure-but scoring? He SHOULD have had some decent numbers with no Shaq,No Wade. Pietrus would have averaged 15 for them in that situation. Harrington would have averaged 18.
Marion is not a PG who our whole playbook is built around and not a guy who's seemed to WANT to be here indefinitely. We'd need a signed up Marion and then a bit more incentive on top. With the Heat adding Beasley-Al-Baron....D Wright is fairly expendable. He's not about ready to start for them or us.

If #2 is Beasley--I'm interested.

I'd do Al + Pietrus (S & T) + #14 + filler (Perovic?) for Marion + Miami 2008 #2 (if they have one) + 2009 #1 top 15 protected (if Marion doesn't resign with us). I'd also consider p/o our TPE (if we can do it) for Blount.
Biedrens/Blount/Croshere
Marion/Wright/Croshere
Jackson/Barnes/Bukie
Ellis/Bukie/Belinelli
Davis/Ellis
finish off the squad with #2 pick, FAs, D-Leaguers

Marion and #2 for Davis #14
The difference between Marion and Davis is not the difference between the #2 and #14. Even a straight up trade, I doubt the Heat to consider this trade.
Heat pass easily! Miami is better of having Rose. I've seen a lot of Toronto fans posting a Marion and Blount for Ford, pick and players with expiring contract, and we will consider that trade before yours.

The Heat can keep Marion, now Dorrell Wright is the piece I've wanted every since Riley inquired about Pietrus.

Wade and the 2nd overall pick in the 08 draft for Baron and a 2014 top40 protected 2nd round pick.

Really!? Thats a terrible trade for the Warriors, the Heat should inlcude 5 future 1st round picks.

It is always hysterical when people start intentionally posting stupid trade ideas.

Toronto has players with $15 mill expiring deals?
Baron ranked high in scoring, assists, steals. Ford ranked high in DNP-Injury. If the Heat are okay with waiting 4 years to be average...the Toronto option might be better.

Toronto doesn't have a one player with $15m expiring contract but they have Rasho, Parker, Baston, Garbajosa, Graham expiring contracts.
I've seen a lot of Calderon and expiring for Marion and taking the contract of either Banks and/or Blount in different board which RAps fans agreed. Ovbiously its a better deal and satisfy what Riley wants.
I don't argue Baron is better than Ford because we know that already.
At this point, we want to maintain our cap space next year, and this is not my idea but just following and believing what Riley said. Thats why we want to unload the contract of Blount &/or Banks, and we believe it will take Marion to do it.

Miami only considers trades for the #2 and Marion if Ellis and Biedrins are included.

Would you guys simply consider Banks for Pietrus (S&T). Banks would be the backup point guard GSW has needed for a while. He would fit in well in Nelliball.

Nope. We're not looking to add money in Banks salary and especially his contract. We'd rather sign Pietrus for one year at the MLE and keep him than Banks.

probably Pietrus is a goner....but Banks would only be an overpaid #3 PG. We can keep Watson as an underpaid #3 PG for the 5 min per game we are talking about.
Biedrins + Ellis figure to provide us with 2 real nice starters for a DECADE.
The Heat can't offer us more than that. Miami won"t pay what it would cost them to get Ellis and Biedrins is not tradeable.
