It absolutely astounds to me look at the physical gifts guys like David Noel have and to see them not in the NBA. It's like these guys could spend 2 hours reading some basketball articles on the net and their bball iq would double. A shame...

Many of these players are not controlled by any NBA teams. THey could all show up on summer league teams. Even the ones currently controlled by NBA teams could be fair game in low level deals.

Bill Duffy represents all of these players.

He does not represent Josh Pace, to my knowledge, but I could be wrong.

So this is basically a list of Duffy clients?

Its like a bad riddle... how many stiffs does Mullin have to ink to get a discount on Biedrins?

As many as Bill Duffy tells him to, bitch.

I'd like to add Koko Archibong to that list. I doubt he's represented by Duffy, but with a name like that, everyone should be aware of his name.

Make fun all you want.
Underestimate Bill duffy's influence over Warrior personnel moves in the past as much as you care to.

But the relationship is very real and very tense at the moment.

Not sure who you're responding to, but if it was me, I'm only making fun of Koko Archibong.

I'd like to see James Gist invited to camp, wouldn't mind if he was picked at #49 either. He's a little undersized, but he's got good length and hops, just needs to extend his range. If he made the team as an undrafted FA are we allowed to send him to the D-League?

I actually wasn't joking... Duffy's already punked us into giving a multi year, guaranteed contract to Kosta Perovic... if I was drafted by the Warriors, I'd hire him immediately.

Kosta is gonna surprise some people this season.

Zarko?! He will not be back in the League.

Kosta could suck worse than O'Bryant for his career, you're right.
As for Zarko, I heard he might be playing somewhere in ITaly this year but I don't have any definite info on it.

The point is to keep and eye on the Warriors and Bill Duffy in the coming weeks and months.

Twinkie, if you'll forgive a personal question, do you live in San Francisco? Not related to your chosen handle or any stereotypicized insult to follow, just actually curious.

Yes I live in the Mission.

Who was it that ran into Zarko in (I think it was) Serbia? Sleepy #2?

Admittedly I never liked Zarko the player - I thought he was a PF who played like a guard with no guard skills - but also I thought his back was pretty much shot.

But Zarko will definitely not be on the Warriors roster as long as Nellie is around (which is not long). If you think Patrick got it bad, Zarko was positively eviscerated.

Pretty sure it was Nick who had the picture with Zarko.

I ran into Zarko in Belgrade.

That would be cool if he played in Italy next year. If I am still living there when next season starts I will drop by a game and say wassup.

And btw, I think the guy could have been a good NBA player. He showed flashes of brilliance and was a young, young player. His injury problems were just overwhelming.

Oh, I've been a time or two. Quaint joint. Good folks.
We may have shared a bar rail.
