How dare you.
This sort of subversive thinking is near cause for optimism.

You need to be slapped for putting the Fakers above Seattle/OC on that list. It's hard to believe that T Chandler is still under 25.

I'm not excited by Memphis' core.

I'd push up NO more just because Paul is the best player in the list and its not very close.

It's not the most professional thing but I'm fine with it.

I would put Phoenix and New Orleans above GS because of the presence of players who are now superstars Chris Paul and Amare Stoudmire and the Warriors don't have an all star yet. The whole GS crew is 22 and under right now.

I'll take Lebron on my team and figure out the rest later.

exactly!
IMO Cavs should be #1 out east just because of Lebron alone.
and maybe the Hornets higher just because of Paul and Tyson.

other than that i agree with most of it. nice job.

still top 3 in the league for me:

Portland (Oden, Roy, Aldridge, Bayless, Fernandez, Batum, Outlaw)
Cle (Lebron, West)
New Orleans (Paul, Chandler, Wright)

I'd resist ranking a team too high or low based on one under 25 star. Here,it seems Minny gets little credit for some solid rotation players like Gomes,Smith, while other teams got credit for less used backups and picks who have yet to play. Seattle has their assorted 7 ft centers and isn't Collison under 25?

In the East....certainly Atl and Char have to be pretty close to the Bulls,Philly has Iggy....but Okafor + Smoove are in that class, while the Hawks + Bobs also have several good starters too.. Det is up a bit high...no starters yet above Char? Clev has Lebron but Gibson is just about the only other guy, likewise Orl has Howard-nobody else of note. Seems Den or Tor might have got similar credit for one young superstar. On GSW, Azubuike is not mentioned yet he's 3rd only to Ellis/Biedrins in points + Minutes.
Miami gets #4 just for Beasley and scrubs...yet Durant and a LOT of young guys who did play have much lest impact on the Sonic/Okie rating?

I wouldn't go based on who is an "all-star" or not. Suns have 1 all-star under 25 while the Hornets have just Paul... However All-Stars are voted on and even if the Warriors had "all-stars" they probably wouldn't make the All-Star team because the Bay area is always getting dissed. You have to note that we have 3 legit All-Star talents on our team (Ellis, Randolph, Wright) and yes, I do have very high expectations for both those players...Ellis has already met my expectations. Biedrins I think will never become an all-star, but he'll be one of the best non-all-star centers of his time... He'll never win the chinese people's hearts over though...
