Too much $$ for a SG that can't dribble

I never understood all the J-rich hate. Every player has weaknesses. Jrich couldn't take it to the rack...but he was a damn good finisher and he lead the league (I think) in made 3 pointers with not a bad percentage. He changed the momentum of games and he actually loved playing here. I remember him throwing up his Warriors jersey after wins being proud of what team he was playing for. Regardless, I think he proved all the doubters wrong last year by having a really good year. He also has a good post-up game for a shooting guard. I also noticed that his passing really improved. He hasn't lost his dunking ability (see below)

I would be all for bringing back J-rich...the big BUT though, is that he was too expensive for us if we wanted to keep our core from last year together...but with the departure of Davis...would it be possible??

Ellis/09 Draft PG
J-rich/Jack/Azu
Jack/Bwright/Petey <----------No particular order
Randolph/Hendrix
Biedrins/Obryant

Jrich is still young enough for this lineup to grow up and turn into a contender...and with some luck maybe even make the playoffs now. Our frontline is starting to look downright nasty though. All the sudden the ODB has proved to you that this isn't "small" ball and thats not what he was about.

It won't happen, but it'd be nice if it did.

J-Rich will never be an allstar playing for Golden State. Leave him in Charlotte where he at least has a fighting chance.

You must have personal issues to send hate out for a true Warrior. The guy was the only shining light for us through the early 2000's. I don't understand how any TRUE warrior fan could honestly say that they HATE J-Rich. Why?

J-Rich is welcome back in Oakland any day of the week and twice on Wednesday's. We could only be so lucky to have a fella of J-Rich's calibre and charisma back. I think we seriously lost out in that deal now as Wright has yet to show any signs of being nothing more than a servicable player on the big stage we are now short on dominant guards.

Pull your finger out and recognise 1 of the most dedicated Warriors weve ever had play at our franchise.

Bringing J-Rich back at the right price... yes for his attitude, shooting earth shattering dunks, loyalty. But will he make this team better? I I think the W's need a SG with above average handles to go play with Monta. I for one wasn't happy to see J-Rich go but I understood why.

I must admit his handles looked pretty good when he dropped 42 on us.

I agree 100%. I love JRICH and he was 10x the Warrior Baron ever was, but his contract was too big for his skills and he never did learn how to dribble.....if Monta is our PG of the future we definitely need a PG who can create such as Iggy.
