please help me...
my 2 idols - Uwe & Manute - were teammates in Oakland in the late 80's.
Where can I find a team picture on line of that team?
Actually I saw a documentary about Manute on FOX-sports and they showed a team picture
of that team, including UB & MB...
By the way Uwe is a math teacher in Texas these days and Manute nicely recovered from that
horrible accident a few years back...

in what way was uwe the "closest" thing to nute? nute blocked shots, space hooked, and chucked 3's. uwe, from what i can remember, was more of a high post player with decent offensive skills, but nothing to brag about. he certainly didn't have any impact defensively.
