This is a bit off-topic, but what idiot in the MLB PR department thought of Dane Cook when they were pitching an October postseason commercial campaign?
Couldn't they have gotten a celebrity that actually cares about the sport? Maybe Billy Crystal, Ben Affleck, heck even Rudy Guliani (It would help boost his numbers).
I'm sorry but, Dane Cook!?
WTF Major League Basball!

Its not that he's a Red Sox fan, its just that he's not the kind of guy you picture when you talk about playoff baseball.
BTW, I second HC's proposition.

Yeah I was just about to say...
Dane Cook does care about the sport...he's a big sox fan.
But you're right....he obviously doesn't know anything about baseball because he wasn't in "fever pitch"

"The guy is an idiot," Pedroia said regarding Cabrera. "I dropped my bat. It kind of freaked me out. I was upset they took him out of the game. He is good to hit. He's 9-15. The guy [stinks]."
