Meh, an uninspired game-thread for an uninspiring team.

Its gotten to the point where I have benched the Ravens D on my fantasy team. I also have Edwards, so I am actually rooting for him to score 4 TDs this game. Does that make me a bad fan?

Football rule #273 - Never let fantasy football get in the way of home-team fandom.

Wow, 3 turnovers and no 1st downs for the Ravens already.

We're outdoing ourselves.

You're talking to a guy who was a Washington Wizards fan in 1999-2003.

Is any offense more counter-productive than ours? The second we go on an actual drive, it gets taken back 100 yards for the score. We were doing better when we didn't even have a first down.

That reminds me of my favorite Ray Lewis quote. He was miked up for a game against the Rams, and Boller just fumbled for 6 the other way. Ray to the offense, " Just don't let them score!!!"

Stover!

And a great thanks to the CBS crew for describing that play to me in hushed monotone as it went down. Like I'm receiving special services for the hearing impaired.

This is really anti-climactic.
