...I don't know.

What I do know is we've made a ridiculous amount of trades. We just traded our 2nd rounder to Seattle.

Why draft a running back with the second? I like Ray Rice, but I would have taken corner. Do not understand Ravens strategy.
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

Its a perplexing strategy, no doubt. I'm starting to wonder whether Ozzie is outthinking himself on this one.

RB by committee I am guessing. Still, they better get some CB steals on day 2.

Winners

3. Baltimore Ravens: If you believe in Joe Flacco, the Ravens are winners. If you don't, well, they go in a different category. Steve McNair's retirement blindsided the Ravens, so they had to get a quarterback in the first two rounds. They feverishly tried to trade up for Matt Ryan, but he went to the Atlanta Falcons at No. 3. To get Flacco, the Ravens traded back with Jacksonville from No. 8 and then traded up with Houston to No. 18. Most people thought Henne was the Ravens' No. 2 quarterback option because general manager Ozzie Newsome doesn't draft small-college players (Flacco is only the second small-college player taken by Newsome in the first day of a draft). Flacco has a great arm, and the Ravens are a solid organization. They won't rush him onto the field.

Great draft. I'm excited to see how we play next year. I'm liking the picks of Ray Rice and Allen Patrick. We actually have capable backups now. I think Tavares Gooden can start for us right away. Zbikowski and Ed Reed together would be a dream. And Smith/Harper will give us some solid depth at receiver.
