RealGM Season Preview

Full disclosure:
I am indeed a Cleveland native, but I'm also a huge Ozzie Newsome fan and my venom for this franchise went away when Art Modell went away. If this team develops a legit passing offense and the corners hold up, they will win the AFC North.

Disclosure aside, you're more optimistic about their chances than I am. Those "ifs" you mentioned are some pretty huge ones.

And FYI, you accidentally wrote Laron Landry in the article. It should be Dawan.

7-9 was best case scenario for me. Let's face it. Our secondary and QB are gonna suck. This will put a lot of pressure on a front 7. I am not optimistic about upcoming season, but if we win AFC North, I will get wasted.
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

I know it was just a meaningless preseason game, but I liked the effort our offensive line was giving. Boller was actually getting some decent time in the pocket.

Still didn't stop him from turning it over twice, but that just comes with the "Boller" name.

But yeah, we're going to struggle this year.

If we're 100% healthy (already a huge "If"), we can go .500 on the backbone of above-average defense, but even our D is a shell of it's former self.
