Good deal. Boldin and a 5th rounder for a 3rd and a 4th rounder. Looks like we don't need a WR in the first round this year. Boldin + Stallworth = SCARY

YES!!!

This is an incredible move. If you remember, the initial asking price for Boldin last season was a 1st and a 3rd rounder. We waited a year and got him for a 3rd and a 4th (and got back a 5th).

But most importantly, we already locked him up for another 3 years after this upcoming season and at an affordable price!

Boldin
Stallworth
Mason (if we re-sign him to the 2-year contract he reportedly wants)

That is just an insane WR core.

Next up: re-sign Mason and Reed

Great trade.

Anquan is one of the toughest guys in the league, a great fit for this team.

Man, the only thing that could make this day any better would be Big Ben Roethlisberger getting accused of sexual assaul......

What's up with Roetlisberger, he must be a sloppy drunk. Two in the same year coincidence?

Those shocking quotes from Hines Ward really there were more to them than we knew about Ben's toughness and leadership. We all thought, or at least I sure did, Ben was one of the toughest leaders in the NFL, but Hines didn't think he was very tough that's for sure and questioned his judement.

Boldin is just a fantastic move, the top brass of the Ravens I'm as big of a fan of as I am of the squad, they are second to none. That's as big fro me as a fan as my Lakers getting a stud PG it would be xmas for either one of my teams a WR or a PG, one wish has been answered.

Nice post, and Reed, don't worry Reed's neck feels better already after yesterdays transaction.

Reed's neck would feel even better if we landed a credible pass-rusher.

Basically, if we can go into next season drafting/signing another cornerback and a pass-rusher, I don't think we'd have a weakness on our roster.

Not really any elite guys left for pass rushing in free agency so hopefully we can get someone in the draft. I just hope it's not Carlos Dunlap from Florida....dude's gonna be a HUGE bust. He's not inconsistent like people say, he's just simply not that good. I wouldn't touch him higher than the late 3rd/early 4th round
