1:58 to play and the Seahawks are at the Panther 35 with 1st and 10. Already in FG range, but they are moving the ball nicely right now. Feeling very apprehensive right now about winning this game. Can we force a TO? Can we force a FG and go to OT? Or will Wilson lead them to a winning TD? Defense must make a stand now!

TD Seattle. with 47 seconds to play. Panthers deserved this loss as they settled for FG's rather than TD's. Only thing that can save this game is a big return and Cam making magic. And Carolina has not shown the ability to make magic this game save a 51 yard pass from Cam to Benjamin. Not much faith left in the team to win this one. Hope I am proven wrong.

Penalties and sacks is not how to win this game. Back inside our 10 yard line with 33 seconds left to play. Sacked again. This is pathetic. 4th and 25 from our own 8 with no timeouts remaining. Incomplete screen pass. Crowd booing the call and also the failure to even get the ball to his RB. Seattle wins 13-9.

So...lets break down the roster

QB-Good to go, extend Cam and Anderson is a quality backup
RB- Needs an overhaul, old players + bad contracts + injury prone = horrible
FB- Tolbert is good, so this position should be ok
TE- Olsen is a great TE, could use some good youth tho
RT- Needs to be re-done
RG- Turner has potential, needs depth
C- Kalil is good but he is 29, need to find a quality backup
LG- Same as RG, Silatolu has potential
LT- Weakest unit on the team imo, complete overhaul
WR- Kelvin is a stud, Cotchery is a good #3 need someone with speed

------------------------------------------------------

CB-Cason is our best CB he is a decent #2 or #3, White can be decent and Bene has potential...need speed
S- We now know why NO and ATL let them go...they suck, have some young guys in Boston and Lester at least
LB- Luke is a stud, Klein has potential and Davis is one of my favorite panthers ever...but he is getting old
DT- Star and KK should be a great duo, need to find backups as Dwan and Cole are old
DE- Have some young guys with potential...but Hardy and Johnson both have to go (for different reasons obviously)

K-Gano is good enough
P-Nortman is good enough

I'm as big a Cam supporter as anyone but he has got to get rid of the ball, he is too scared to throw the INT. We had guys open on that last drive.

Most of that is on Shula and his terrible offensive philosophy and inability to adapt. We should be playing west coast offense no huddle with the way our O-Line is this season. Instead Shula is probably mad that the players aren't executing his scheme to perfection.

I am not sure this can all be put on Shula. I would agree with the quick play deal but we don't have WR who can uncover quickly. It is weird but our team is built two different ways. The OL is weak so we need to be a quick out team but then we have slow WRs who can play that style.

Having Tolbert yesterday would have helped tremendously in the red zone. Between Benjamin and Olsen, there's no reason why we should be struggling so bad in the red zone like we are. I understand our line is atrocious, but just throw it up to one of those two and let them make a play.

we're still #1 in the division somehow (holy crap this division sucks) and we play the Saints on Thursday at home, so this season is still salvageable

Must win game on a short week, hopefully we play as desperate and focused as we should. We have a lot of winnable games after playing at the Eagles on MNF.
