Wow! Can it get any worse? A whipping of 34 - 3. Moore is out with a shoulder, and Clausen and Pike cant help. Hell, 3 times Clausen got the ball we started inside our own 5 yard line! And not only are we without DeAngelo in the backfield, but Stewart gets a head injury is is out, and our 3rd back Sutton goes down with an ankle. We have our 4th RB playing, and our 2nd and 3rd QB. Just a disaster.

Now, I will be very interested in what the league does with that Personal Foul hit the Refs called on Beason. Hit on a defensless player? That was pathetic! He did not lead with the helmet, nor did he hit in the head. It was more of a hard bump than even a real hit! I cannot believe he gets fined for that one. If so, the players need to revolt and demand Goodell's resignation because he is going to ruin this game if he continues this horsecrap!

Looking at the schedule, I think it is possible the only game left we might win is on 12/19 when we host Seattle. Even that will be tough. Good grief, we might be looking at another 1-15 season just like the one that preceded Fox being hired. Boy oh boy is this a real ugly picture.

First time the Saints have swept the Panthers since 2001. Come to think of it, first time since then that the Panthers have been this bad.

Terrible performance.

1-15 is a realistic record at this point. We might have a chance against Arizona and there might be one of two others. Very likely we could lose every division game this year and I guess the last time we did that was 2001 as well?

Guess it would be.

I think they'll pull out another 1-2 wins. I sure didn't see the SF win coming. Arizona's a possibility, but with any team this bad, I think it's an issue of being willing to be surprised whenever that inevitable win happens.

Goodell is taking this stuff on hits way too far. Fined Beason $10K for that hit in the New Orleans game. He did not even deserve a flag on it. A clean hit. He says he will Appeal. Good. I am all for safety and I do agree that many hits should be flagged and deserve fines or suspensions. But please, dont get to the point you are flagging good clean hits. That will take away from the game. I love a great deal of what Goodell has been trying to do, but he is going too far with the hits flagging.
