Game #6 Dallas at Carolina

OK. This is a big game for the Panthers. Need to get the offense back on track and the defense to play good. I feel a win coming for the Panthers.

3-0 Dallas early in the 2nd qtr Panther defense stopped them at the 2 and forced a FG. But Dallas had 3rd down several times and kept converting to keep the drive alive. Defense has to get off the field or they will be exhausted in the 4th qtr.

Cam and the offense has had one good play, but other than that, pretty lame so far. This offense is a far cry from what many expected before the season started. Need to get it turned around. A win today is important.

Crap!!! Cam had runs of 24 and 22, and we moved to 1st and goal. And on 2nd, Cam is under pressure and rather than throw it away, makes a bad decision and gets an INT in the endzone. Very poor decision. Costly.

Whew! We needed that. Dallas moving deep into Carolina territory, and Thomas Davis strips Miles Austin. Kuechly recovers. Panthers take the ball down and Cam hits LaFell for a TD. Panthers lead 7-3 going into the Halftime.

Panthers lead 14-13 with 11 minutes to go in the 4th. Tolbert had a 3 yeard TD run to get the lead. Now, just need to hold it.

Dallas 16-14 with 3.30 left to go. Panthers have the ball.

Panthers have the ball, 4th and 2 on their 40. Incomplete pass. They made it on the prior play, but Dallas had called a timeout a second before. Oh well. Looks like another tough loss. But we have a chance. Still have 2 timeouts, and it is 2nd down at the 2:00 warning.

Bad call by the refs. Called a horsecollar on Carolina and it was not. Gave Dallas a new set of downs.

19-14 Dallas wins.

I have no clue what is wrong with this team, but at this point I almost want a new coach. I would be fine if this is how we had played entering the season- but its not week 1 or 2 and we were the better team

Exciting game, at least. Still, it's a head-scratcher how we're last in the conference. Just not playing up to the ability on the team.
