Well, it looks bad on paper, losing 24 - 13, but there is much more to it. Our starters played the 1st half and had a 10 - 0 Halftime lead. Actually, we had a 13 - 0 lead with 8 minutes to go in the game, and then all hell broke loose. But, that was not our starters, so I dont sweat it. To go into Philly and have our starters have a 10 - 0 halftime lead is fine with me, especially with so many of our weapons out.

Glad Jake took a few shots and came through uninjured. Needed to see that he could take a shot and keep going. D. Williams is running the ball well, but I wish I saw more of J. Stewart and more from him when I did see him. But I dont believe he was running behind our #1 line since he played the 2nd half.

I am afraid Toefield may be cut now. His fumble really killed us, and with Goings still looking strong as our 3rd back, I think Toefield may get cut later.

Overall, not a bad showing by our starters.

When I saw 10-0, I turned it off! :o

It's all good though, just preseason. What struck me was the Delhomme interview. This team thinks it can do some damage, and if it's healthy, I'm inclined to agree.

hard to take a lot out of that game. weather just killed everything. seeing moose get jacked like that in the endzone was a little creepy given our current wr injuries. moore seems to be struggling a bit w/ his accuracy. peppers came back to earth a littke and stewart........ well, good thing that was his first game. he has nowhere to go but up.
