I agree. Good pick up for the Panthers. Basenez (sp?) was waived yesterday in the cut down. That was expected. We wont keep 4 QB's on the roster. Now with Jake, Matt and McCown, I have confidence in our QB situation going into Week 1. Nice job by the front office.

EDIT: I wonder if we were better trading a late rounder for McCown or should we have waited for Tampa to cut Chris Simms which they just did. Would not have had to give up a pick for Simms. Just a thought.

sucks that moore got hurt.... again. but then again, moore didnt look too sharp in the preseason.
