Lost 28 - 20. Did not play all too badly, but still we were beaten by the better team. Jake had a TD and only 1 INT. It came at a costly moment, but it was 4th down and he did not have the best of options at the moment. Defense is really disappointing so far this season.

This team is like a travelling circus.

Rooster, I have a really bad sinking feeling right now for our Panthers. I was looking over the schedule. I can see this team going somewhere between 4-12 and 6-10. Ouch. If they surprise me in a couple games, maybe another win or so. But still, considering we gave up our first rounder in next year's draft, San Fran has got to be loving it.

Question to ponder. If we go down in flames the next game or so, do you think it possible the team may approach San Fran with a Peppers trade - like trying to get back our 1st next draft? The one thing San Fran needs to improve upon is Defense and they may do it. But not if too many games pass by. I just dont see Peppers wanting to play for us next year after this past off season and our future looking so "up in the air" at best.

I think Peppers would be in heaven in SF. Young team, defensive philosophy, haven't had a true star DE since the glory days of the '90s... something like that would make sense. It'd be funny if Carolina got Crabtree as part of it.

I was saying SF for NFC West champions since the end of last season btw. :D

Since the sound I had was for MIN/DET, I was watching CAR/ATL on mute. It was a whole bunch of flags and I couldn't always tell why.

This game in Dallas could be huge. I expect some sloppy, disoriented football from both sides. I don't think the loser does too well this season. The winner? We'll see.
