Bears @ Seahawks 8/16

Preseason Week 2 - Aug. 16, 2008
Saturday 9:00 PM ET

Chicago Bears (0-1-0) @

Seattle Seahawks (1-0-0)

For those of you outside of Chicago and Seattle, NFL Network is showing the game Sunday morning at 8am MST
(Also NFL Network is showing a replay of Colts/Bears SB some time Sun early morning; cant remember the time(around 3 or 4 MST)---i set the DVR for it a while back----just look for it)

I attended the game last year in Seattle and that stadium deserves its reputation as the loudest in the league-----It should be fun

Seattle played the Viqueens in Minny their first game and blew them out
AP didnt play
Seattle forced like 5 or 6 fumbles (they were 2nd in NFL last year in forced TOs) and SWallace threw for 3 TDs and looked dam good--I watched the game a couple nights ago

So the Offense and second team could really struggle or gain a ton of confidence
My homer ass is betting on the confidence

Come on Turner-----Come on Rexy--------Come on St. Clair and Balogh

its going to be another ugly one from Kyle and Rex. Its all up to Caleb Hanie to be our franchise QB! :)

You actually want to rewatch the Super Bowl?

The Bears are actually favorites going into this game. Hasselback isn't going to start and Seattle has a ton of injuries.

Preseason games were made for watching afterward in DVR mode....sorry. Goes by much quicker that way.

I'll give a summary after the game.

lol what the heck are we doing ? The Beas come out and try and give Rex the upper hand by going primarily pass to start the game and it blew up in there faces .Last week the O-line gained confidence early when they ran and got Forte going .They gave Rex way too many passes early and the then the defense just started teeing off and the line couldnt hold up. All because they were trying to help Rex gain the upperhand .Forte, 5 carries at the end of the first to Grossmans 11 throws .

Turner calls 5 yard outs when you need 8 yards lol

Hester needs to toughen up youre a high paid Wideout now

Forte should be the focus of the offense and we should be doing everything possible to get him the ball.If Lovie and Turner cant do it then get someone in here that can.

This is going to be one crappy year. Just make Caleb Hanie the starter and we will see what happens. We know what we are going to get out of Rex and Kyle and that is nothing.

Another loss for the Bears. Once again our 2nd and 3rd team looked better than our 1st team.
