Just a placeholder for game discussion until Chi Dynasty makes the game thread.

I'm really looking forward to this game. I want to see if we can put as much pressure on the QB as we did last time we played them. Also, I want to see if Forte can back his play up from week one with another good performance.

I'm worried about this game. Carolina held the Chargers to 105 rushing yards with an average of only 3.9 yards per carry. Against the Colts we had 183 rushing yards with an average of 4.7 yards per carry. The Panthers were playing against LT, and we were playing against the Colts, who were very good against the run last year, but have a history of having bad run defense.

I beleive that it's as simple as this: When we run the ball well we win, when we run the ball poorly we lose. If we're running the ball well then we move the ball down the field, set up our passing game, and allow our defense to rest. If our running game gets shut down, we're screwed. The only games that I can think of where our running games weren't that good and we won is when Rex Grossman was playing like a MVP candidate in 2006, but that's only because teams were playing us for the run.

I believe that our defense and special teams will be spectacular, and that our offense will have few turnovers, but if Forte isn't able to run we will lose.

Correcto Mundo NZB2323! As happy as I was at last Sunday night's win, this team has to prove its better than last year (injuries or not). It would be a great lift to have them 2-0 going into Soldier Field for the Sept. 21 game vs. the Bucs.

After last weeks upset I couldn't be happier to watch this game. we are the only team to start the season with two road games and if we pull this off it's gotta be one of the top stories of the NFL thus far; especially if we come away with no injuries :)

I think if the BEARS can win this sunday and next sunday, we'd be the surprise team that no expected to be 3-0, and going into a big showdown versus the Philadelphia Eagles. HOW FREAKING AWESOME WILL THAT BE??? Here's a video created by some user(s) off the DABEARZ.com website (which is now on YT). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdYBrAPEDL0 Just wow at the long drive and gamewinning catch!

Ooooh, here's another one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEAT3UneRNE
